On the site the business says it's open when you arrive is closed.I think that's bad business.I came from a cross town very disappointed

It had been sometime since I've eaten here and I remember the food being amazing, so I told some co-workers and we decided on lunch here last week, the food was still amazing, my 1 biggest issue that has stuck with me is that they were out of coleslaw for my Carolina burger and I asked to substitute pickles since they were out of coleslaw and was told NO that I'd have to pay the .75 cents to add pickle, talk about looking out for the customer, I asked the lady who was on the phone taking the order what was the problem with substituin pickles since they were out of coleslaw, again I was told no we will not substitute. I did go ahead and place the order for me and my co-workers ,but I will say I'm really disappointed in this business for not doing a substitution due to something they were out of, I don't know why this had bothered me and stuck with me so bad, I'm just used to amazing customer service and I felt like this business did not go the extra mile for the customer and something they were out of which was not directly the customer's fault, seems like in this case it was more about making an extra dollar instead of looking out for the customer due to something on their end.

This place a nice mom and pops joint. The cashier is very nice and welcoming. Even though she has a busy line ordering food and preparing the bagging of each order.
The price for the food was actually not bad compared to a lot of other places.
However, the food was average to our tasting.

Chicken salad was amazing,the fries had a great crunch like I like and weren't too salty, overall all a great experience for my first time .Yes. you guessed right I will be back.

There is no place better.

Great little sandwich/lunch grill. The service was great. The gentlemen in the back was cooking it up. All the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. Great prices and value for the portion. It is cash only which I'm sure helps keep the great prices they offer. A wide range of sandwich options as well as hotdogs. I will definitely be back to try some other sandwiches.

Fantastic burger, a true fayetteville classic!

- authentic homemade burgers (amazing seasoned patties)

- good sweet tea
- super affordable
- great into decoration

Con:
- no indoor seeting (they blocked it off)
- cash only
- long wait time (they only had 1 poor man grilling)
- thick cut fries

Definitely worth coming back over and over!

Been a loyal customer to this place since I was a child. Just got turned away in line waiting to order bc the “wait was too long”?.. there weren’t even 10 tickets in the windows and maybe 7 people waiting on their food in the dining room. I was the 2nd person in line with a father and son behind me who you turned away as well. For a place that’s not open for 3 hours and only takes cash if you can’t feed 15 people at a time why are you even open?

Like I said before the best cheeseburger in town and you cannot beat the price

My niece and I had lunch there today for the first time. I have to say that in addition to the wonderful food the service was excellent!! The young lady running the front is so very friendly! The gentleman cooking made the best cheeseburgers!! The fries were so hot and crispy! My niece lives very close by and said she will be going there frequently! ? Thank you for a delicious, fresh and piping hot meal!
