Rockin' Rolls Sushi Express

Conveyor belt style all you can you eat sushi. They do have a tablet at the table to order hibachi, tenders etc all under the buffet price. Staff are always incredibly sweet.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Rockin’ Rolls Sushi since they opened, but ever since the ownership changed, the quality of both the food and service has gone downhill.

One visit around 11:30 a.m., they struggled to keep sushi on the conveyor belt even though it wasn’t busy. Today was even more disappointing. For context, my husband normally eats here with us, but this time he had already eaten prior to us coming, and the visit was really for me and our 7-year-old to enjoy lunch. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the seating area was pretty open. When we arrived, the hostess seemed confused, asked her coworker, and then told us we couldn’t eat there unless everyone at the table was paying. The way it was handled made us feel like we were being accused of trying to cheat the system, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable.

We ended up going to the food court instead so we could eat without my husband feeling pressured to pay even though he wasn’t eating. We’ve supported this place since they opened, but after today, I’m not sure we’ll be back. It’s disappointing to see how much has changed under the new management.

Wouldn’t let me sit with my family while I paid for them to eat since I wasn’t eating. Said it wasn’t allowed so I went to food court instead. Sarku Japan never disappoints. Yum

Hailey was awesome.she made me feel welcomed at the door.she made sure my dirty plates were not stacked up and made sure to help with any questions.she is a great attraction to this place

Price isnt bad for a buffet, and the place overall if fairly clean but maybe avoid the bathroom. When we went, there was a guy stroking himself with the stall door open, and thats quite the unique experience

I do not like that they have the audacity to ask for a tip, when its entirely self serve including getting water and refills for water, thats a first for me. You walk in, pay for the meal, get asked for a tip, and then do literally everything yourself. Only time a server gets involved is to sometimes pickup plates, or on the off chance you order something from the tablet

I have eaten at this location at least 5x and well today was the absolute worst experience there yet. Sushi was about equivalent to trying to eat something from gas station I literallyhad 2 different type of rolls i spat out bc where gross. In past I was very pleased with whole experience for the price but now its $18+Tax per person me my Girlfriend and Daughter cost $58 and some change just got water to drink. I could have ordered a much better meal for around same cost. Harris Teeter Sushi or Publix on the go taste a hell of a lot better. I know this isn't some exclusive sushi resturant but for the love of God how could the quality go down so much since this place opened up? Prices where around $15 originally so to go up in price and down in quality makes absolutely no sense to me.

100% understandable that we had to leave since we weren't paying customers we just wanted to chill with our friends but the dude was rude as hell when he kicked us out 👎🏼 Looks like a cool spot tho
