Been in service industry since I was 15, I am 43. I have lived all over the US and have worked dive bars and the way to fine dining and my service was terrible top 3 the worst ever and YOLANDA was the server and she should not be in the service industry and should not work there and is a bad representation of this establishment. She treats the guests and the employees like trash. Her attitude is trash. And I hope the next time I am in the city she is not still employed there... I feel bad for this boy Smiley and the other host/buster that she kept yelling at to do her prebussing across the dining room... never have I left without tipping anything before in my WHOLE life... Salad bar and food was good though... and assistant GM was pleasant when I called and spoke to him about the situation... thank you... 😊

I was made to complete this by the host who sat us and only came back for me to do the survey. The salad bar was not appetizing as the deductibles have not been earned and has stuck toward the bowl. It wasn’t that many servers on the floor for not being that many tables however it was a very mid experience for someone who travel very far to be Tuesday. My daughter‘s queso came out very cold, and they attempted to reheat it up, and it was separating which lead me to believe that the cheese was not fresh. We waited an awfully long time for water, and it was overall not a good experience.
