We came for the 6.99 lunch special that’s been advertised on Facebook and other places we asked for water with lemons right away we got waters. No lemons server didn’t come back to ask anything we had to ask the hostess to get us lemons. Server came back to take order she told us we could upgrade from the 6.99 to an 8.99 burger which I got the mushroom Swiss when it arrived it had Four small mushrooms on top. I then again looked for the waitress. She was nowhere in sight and I just asked the hostess to speak to the manager after I waited after my family already finished all their food and I said is this two dollars extra burger for these mushrooms And she said oh no they’re supposed to be More so she went and got me more mushrooms. she was nice, but all of our burgers were completely over cooked and dry but at this point, we were already ready to go so we just ate and left. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Kid-friendliness: We got seated in the bar with three children was kind of awkward and then after we sat down, they moved us to the other side, which we should’ve been in the first place we asked for highchair the highchair we got was dirty. I asked the hostess to get us a new highchair And he did and the second one he brought had no buckles to buckle my baby, and I said this one should be thrown away and he’s like we usually don’t have kids in here and I should’ve spoke to the manager then he then brought a third highchair. This one did have buckles And we sat down.

Saturday February 22, 2025.. I came to the Owen Drive ..location and ordered my usual sticky ribs..which are very good...I received 4 baby back ribs..I knew that they did not look right and began eating them..I stated to the Waitress that these were not sticky ribs.. She said yes they are ..I state sticky ribs are fried and the barbecue sauce is added...these are not fried...she told me yes they were ..she saw when they fried them...I did not want any problems because others were there with family and friends enjoying there meals.. I paid for those 3. 1/2 baby back ribs ...tipped her and left....Waist of money and time.

First time visiting this particular Ruby Tuesday. We had waitress Arianna and she was great!!! My husband's ribs were ice cold, like they had been on someone else's plate prior and recycled. Yes, that's gross, but sadly, it happens in restaurants all the time. Floors were dirty, and the salad bar was pittiful with no variety, most of which needed to be refilled because what was in the bowls were frozen to the bottom. There were maybe 7 other tables occupied in the establishment. If it wasn't for Arianna, we would have left after seeing the salad bar.

Walked in with a family member and both were first time visitors there. The person who was supposed to sit us couldn't be found and a gentleman working the food bar found her sitting at a table. Then our waiter came took our order. It took longer than I thought it should have and the food finally came except part of my order of Mac and cheese. I was don't eating my meal when the waiter finally came back to the table and said, the Mac and cheese had to be cooked. Could have mentioned that while we were ordering don't you think? The astomphere, this place needs SEVERE CLEANING!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Came in for lunch around 11. Place was filthy. Salt & pepper shakers are dirty, floor needs to be swept, some of the tables need cleaning. On the flip side, The waitress was friendly, and the food was good.

Waitress made me feel very uncomfortable kept asking me did I want to order anything and when I said I was full kept coming around and I felt harassed at that point definitely not returning back here and the restaurant is unclean
My visit was so disappointing and I do not plan on returning. The French fries were delicious, but the burger I ordered was not good. My husband ordered an alcoholic beverage and it was not good. When we arrived at the restaurant there was not a host at the host's station. We just stood in the doorway for a while. We were placed in a booth next to the bar. Our waitress only came to the table once to take our food order, other than that her co-workers were serving us. It was a terrible experience. I used to work at Ruby Tuesday and I loved it; so I came in with large expectations and they did not meet my expectations at all. Smh disappointed. The prices were ridiculous!

It’s Sunday, January 5. I’m sitting here in Ruby Tuesdays and the service is garbage. The food is garbage. They don’t treat the customers well and I give them a zero. I ordered a shrimp with rice the rice taste like it was days old. The shrimp was horrible. No taste to the food and had to sit and sit and wait for someone to come and serve us and complain about the food
