Our food was genuinely awful. It tasted like the ribeyes had been freezer burnt and then microwaved once thawed and the sauce on the ribs tasted like straight corn syrup. It was genuinely pretty terrible. The waitress was a sweetheart and was so kind, though!

Tonight was my first time eating here. We were seated and greeted warmly by our server, Yasmine. We ordered the mango lemonade, the stuffed ribeye quesadilla, the american smash burger with fries, and the chocolate chip skillet cookie for the dessert.The food was served hot and fresh.The sticky ribs are delicious. I would recommend trying them.The quesadilla and burger were good as well.The star of the night was the dessert. It's absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend trying it.We will be coming back to try more of their food.

Salad bar and the service was good. Potato soup had too much cheese. Many of the chairs had holes in the seats. This location is not up to the normal Ruby Tuesdays standard. We have eaten there many times in the past with better results.
Always check your food before you leave because they don't believe in including added Condemns aka ketchup mayo ect. Every time I've ordered there, I ask for ketchup, Mayo and if I get a potato sour cream and butter and for some reason, it's so hard to add these ingredients that I've already paying for and that just reminds me back to a few years ago, they got rid of the Pomento cheese chicken sandswicth and didn't add it to my order. Didn't tell me it was gone and then I had a ignorant manager and tell me,I should have checked my food and I said it came with specific cheese. You should checked to make sure it was added. But they discontinued it and refused to tell me that until I've seen a new menu.smdh as backwards.

The salad bar is always good, however, my wife got the ribs and said they were ok. I got the Smokehouse Cheeseburger, and that was the worst burger I've ever eaten because the chef burned the meat. I wanted well done, not burnt crispy.
