So I went with the tofu bahn mi (minus mayo) and it was really good!!! Most are dry but this bahn mi had a sauce with onions that was very tasty. My husband got the combo pho and said his was really good. We arrived around 1pm on Sunday and by 1:30, 5 other groups had joined in. It got busy quick! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!!

Gave this place a second chance under the new ownership and very glad I did. Had the appetizer sampler - tempura was delightful with the exception of the broccoli. Crab cheese wontons had strong chive flavor and were just the right amount of sweetness. The pho broth had great flavor even before hoisin sauce and the basil and sprouts were nice and fresh. Definitely worth another shot if you haven’t been here in a while!

Tried their pork Banh Mi and it was absolutely delicious and a must try. The bread was crunchy on the outside yet nice and soft in the inside, the meet was succulent, tender, and savory with a bit of sweetness, great crunch from the veggies and good spice from the fresh sliced jalapeños.
The beef vermicelli noodles was extremely well prepared. Noodles were perf, I got great freshness from the veggies and a nice dimension came through from the fresh mint, while the beef was tender and flavorful.
Tried my wife’s Pho broth and holy moly it was fantastic. Vibrant, aromatic, and packed with tons of flavor. I’m definitely getting the Pho next time.
Music choice was interesting, but overall great experience and will highly recommend to anyone wanting authentic Vietnamese.

Went here with my husband for lunch today and it exceeded expectations. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The lady who was our waitress was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. It was my first time having pho, he's had it several times, so I wasn't sure what to expect but the seafood one I ordered had me dancing in my seat and I was mad for not trying it out earlier in life haha. My husband got the combination pho and it was also great. Thanks for giving us a wonderful meal.

Came here during a lunch break with some colleagues. It was fantastic food with quick service, we were very pleased with our visit. The shrimp pad Thai that I had was excellent; the sauce was flavorful and the vegetables were perfect. Everything was cooked well and I definitely want to go again. If you need a Vietnamese dish and don't want to go far, this is a great option. I recommend that you try it for yourself, they have a variety of dishes that will be to your liking. There is a great variety of options and foods for every eater. I had the iced coffee as well, and it definitely paired well with the dish, but gave the energy for that afternoon that I needed. I would definitely go again, given the opportunity.

I ordered house fried rice , chicken wings , chicken pho soup, Thai tea and avocado milk shake. Everything was very bland (it's like eating rice with just soy sauce). The quality of the food was very cheap. Let's just say we would never go back.

Hibachi shrimp platter was excellent and special fried rice delicious! We were just looking for a decent early dinner and were delighted at the quality of food at Saigon Bistro. Food was out promptly and service was excellent. Thanks for a great meal! Will return!

We were warned by them when we went in that the service would be long since they were short handled when we had gone I and had a larger party. But I will say the food was quite good we had gotten bun bo hue and the kid got fried rice both had great depth of flavor and it was nice they gave us spicy sauce on the side so you can adjust it to how spicy you like it. We ended up adding the whole thing to it.
