Their food is good but it’s their customer service that’s not right! Their waiter is an older gentleman who should not be moving the way he does bc he seems too old!!!! He can barely hear and he’s a great worker but not friendly at all! Then the sign at the front door which states that restrooms are for customers only not drivers as in uber eats or door dash!!!! Those drivers are the customers duh!!!! They are picking up the food for the paying customers and are working hard making sure you stay in business!!! Needless to say you make them wait a long time for the order!!!!!! NOT FAIR DO BETTER

I went there earlier today. the food was 100000/10 ! I had bulgogi and ramen. it didnt take forever for the food to come out but it also wasn’t rushed like fast food. My waiter was amazingg! he was a older man, like he was literally so kind and funny. idk if it was a cook or what because where I was sitting in a booth I couldn't see but one of the people there was a little rude to him about the order the order in which he bought the food out. I dont think it’s necessary for somethings to be addressed outloud in front of customers like that if no
one is complaining. kind of makes the atmosphere awkward. other than that this resturaunt deserves a million stars for the food and service

first time here. I placed an order to go. I had the bulgogi and husband had the hibachi chicken and steak and everything was delicious! The different kimchi was delicious as well. We will definitely order again 😋

Place a pick up order on the phone (Hibachi steak and shrimp). I asked for no vegetables, two sides of teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce. I picked up the order and got to my work parking lot to discover there were vegetables in my order, no teriyaki sauce, and no soy sauce. I called them to ask for a refund and all I got was a sorry and the phone started to go in and out. I hung up and called back later and the phone was working perfectly fine. They are very weird for doing that and are douchebags.

Was craving some hibachi, I seen the good reviews and had to try it. Over $20 for one hibachi plate. A little over priced than what I’m used too. Honestly tasted terrible. I ate maybe 3 bites, everything’s tasted terrible and greasy.. no one in my family would eat it. Sadly we wanted it sooo bad but it was a disappointment.. :(

Sapporo restaurant is one of the disgusting restaurant I ever been to. The whole staff is rude especially the white dude at reception is rude. They are in restaurant business but they don’t have any idea about hospitality. This restaurant should not be in business.

The food here is decently priced for sushi in my opinion. You can find the two rolls that I had (both 8 pieces) to be affordable and delicious with a free soup! The atmosphere is a bit dark restaurant but with friends/family you wouldn't notice very much.
