I eat @ this place every time I come to mall but this will be my last time spending my money here.For 9.89 they give you less food from when it was 7.99 literally. The food ain’t they good anymore and they even charge for the sauce now…smmh I give them a 2.5

The pot stickers aren't has crispy as other locations. But the people are friendly and nice and they ask us 6 orders of pot stickers so they remember me. And atmosphere is down a little from mall construction inside and it is a mall food court kinda dark

Place is a joke. I ordered take out for chicken teriyaki with extra chicken. What a joke of a portion. They give you a small black tumbleware and the extra chicken isn't even half the size of the rice.
Save your money and go to Miyabi Jr down the street. Same price and the portion is insane without extra chicken and they dont charge you for the white sauce.

$16 well-spent! Got Chicken Teriyaki, fried rice, a veggies, and a large diet coke. The line was long but the employees work fast! You definitely have to speak up to be heard over the ambient sounds of the mall, and the grill. The grill is regularly cleaned and looked immaculate when I went. The portions are excellent. Great amount of rice and veggies to complement the large portion of chicken I ordered. Ask for teriyaki sauce NOT FROM THE CASHIER, but as you pick up your food and the gentleman working the grill will pour extra over your meal. This is now my primary Sarku location and I couldn’t be happier. Will take my fiancé back here soon!

I didn't know this place was in the mall but the food is amazing and the portions are massive. Definitely worth the price and they also give a discount for using their app for the first order.
Best chicken teriyaki in town! I know people may not think so because it is in a food court, but no. This food is consistently delicious! We have been going there for about 10 years. I don't care if they tear that whole mall down, that little spot BETTER STILL BE STANDING!!!!

I never write reviews for restaurants but I will today because they had me on 10 when I left there......First I showed my ID for military discount she didn't say anything as they don't do it or anything just stared at me like "your price is what it is". They made my plate $11 you don't get much meat at all a bunch of rice though and when I asked for sauce I have to pay $1 to have sauce with my food. And I'm not talking about extra sauce it comes with NO white sauce you have to pay for it with your food and still pay for your drink seperately.
