I have always enjoyed going to Schlotzsky's. They are rarely busy and are pretty quick when you go inside to order, and they have tons of choices. Underrated place.

I haven’t been to one of these places in YEARS. I couldn’t remember what I ordered and the guy out front CJ. He helped me with suggestions to get exactly what I ordered the last time. It was incredible. Everybody here does a great job. We need more people like you guys people who just care about their jobs. And make the overall experience better. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Some of them workers in there are nasty. I watched the worker touch everything with her gloves, then proceed to walk away and I saw her wipe her nose with her arm sleeve close to glove. I told her to change her gloves when she proceeded to come back and fix my sandwich. I won't be going back and it sucks that this is the only store in town.

I came in for lunch and ordered the beef bacon smoke cheesy along with a chicken club flatbread. Both entrees tasted great, fresh, and came out fast. The staff was very inviting and engaged in pleasant conversation. Establishment was clean and in order.

Today we had the privilege of being taken care by our waitress Ms. Sare. She proved on time service and helpful in our selection. The food was great.
It was my first time eating here after all my years of living here. I ordered the number 12 combo with soup. I’ve had many Reuben sandwiches in my life but none quite like this. It was so delicious. No complaints and I’d definitely come back! The potatoes soup was a little watery but it was still good. Just not as thick as I’d like.

I wasn’t going to leave a review until after I gave corporate a chance to address the service. I called and they “took a message” but I never got a call back. I was not greeted nor acknowledged when I entered the restaurant. The cashier overcharged me by double and did not catch it until I pointed it out. While trying to correct the order he was coughing into his hand and elbow the ENTIRE interaction. Afterwards he started making my food w/o washing his hands and no gloves. He put on gloves when he saw me watching him. I wouldn’t recommend this place which is a shame bc I really like their sandwiches.

Food and service was fine, a little concerned about the command prompt on the credit/debit card machine. Before you confirm payment, it asks if you'd like to leave a tip... the options are as follows: 20%, 30% 40%, or other. Personally, I don't think anyone should be tipping at a place where you pick up your own food unless staff does something that exceptional that stands out. But the options starting at 20% and must navigate away from initial screen to avoid tipping or to tip less than 20% of my order $total at a fast food place is pretty wild to me... 40%?? Why has tipping obscene amounts become so common place... dear business owners as a customer I refuse to subsidize your employee wages by tipping for nothing... ok rant complete.
