I've been a loyal customer of scrub oaks since they opened 17 years ago. Tim and Gwen are like family to me. And this pub has become home for me and my family. The service is always amazing. Jeff and Martha behind the bar are always quick with a smile, joke and to happily serve drinks. The wait staff is always courteous and great with service. The food is always great. It's been a home restaurant for 17 years and look forward to 17 more years. I've spent countless Saturdays and Sundays there watching college and NFL games and NCAA games. Love this place and everyone who works there.

Walked in at 8:45 pm Sunday night, was not greeted. Proceeded to sit ourselves, when someone comes from the back to tell us they're closed. The hours posted said it closed at 10. And one person was at the bar looking to have already been served but they're closed. From out of town and wanted to try something different, will not come back.

My company did a Christmas party there. We opted for the most expensive buffet offered. The food was not out on time. The chicken was dry. The beef was good but, there wasn't enough to go around. The shrimp in the scampi was cooked well but I think scampi should include more than olive oil and butter. Things like garlic basil and parmisan cheese come to mind. Why would you serve beef in gravy and a scampi without bread?

Management has no management skills or takes responsibility for their own actions. I don’t know how they are even still operating. I will not support business who does not care about their customers or staff! Gave them a Star because it was required but they get a big 0 !!!!!!!

I believe the girl who talked to us was named Grace , but she was not helpful at all, and rude after we corrected her in her mistake.
This is not somebody you want working for your crew . She’s gonna run customers off.

She was to busy flirting with your other employees to care about her actual job.

ScrubOaks was recommended by our hotel so we went. The overall experience was mediocre, at best. Frequent apologies from our waiter about forgetting items (water, another drink), missing menu items (sweet potato fries), length of time to get food. When we finally got the food, my Cobb Salad had no chicken on it (sent it back) and my husband’s sandwich had cheese on it (he had requested no cheese) and we sent that back, too. Another couple in the back room (there were only four of us there) had similar issues. Never again and when we were asked by our hotel receptionist about our dinner, we shared our experience.

My family and I have been coming here for over 2 years. We are now friends with some of the staff and feel like family every time we come in. I can’t express enough how much we enjoy coming here and how good their burgers are ! Brunch is amazing as well and they always have new and exciting drinks. Best place in town.

I came in last Friday around late 8:00 was greeted by a very friendly host. i choose to sit at the bar and was hoping for a good dinner with my husband. but the bartender had a attitude with the guest sitting down as well as the staff in the kitchen. we then heard screaming and arguing in the kitchen. the bartender was very clearly passive aggressive. slammed things, as well as had a attitude with my husband and staff. we appreciate the host telling us sorry, very sweet girl. the food was amazing, i got a classic burger with fries, the fries were a little undercooked though. my husband got the bourbon burger and loved it. staff was very friendly. i don’t know what the bartender deal was though. The food is amazing and i would recommend, please fix the attitude of the bartender.

The food wasn't impressive it was very salty and didn't care for the buffalo Mac and cheese. The alcoholic drinks seemed to be missing the alcohol very disappointing . We were seated in a small bare room bc we didn't know it was trivia night and didn't want to participate. Wouldn't recommend, better food elsewhere. Left after eating and went to get food at Freddy's lol. Big disappointment

First time visiting and I really enjoyed this little gem!
The food was excellent and my cocktails, The Pink Panther, was quite tasty!
The owners were present and they are just darling! Many patrons were usuals so most everyone knew each other, but still made you feel welcomed.
I can’t wait to go back!!

Absolute terrible experience. We got seated with our toddler and they didn’t ask if we needed a high chair. Then didn’t give us a kids menu or an alcohol menu. I ordered a beer and after 20 min I had to find a different waitress to get my beer. We sat and and watched tables around who ordered after us eat. Still no food in sight.
