I ordered the catfish plate with fried okra and hush puppies with a side of Cole slaw. The fish came in very generous portion, golden brown and delicious. The okra were fried to perfection and the hush puppies were delicious. The slaw not so good. For the price of the food...well worth it. Will definitely be returning.

was looking around for good seafood fry places and seafood express did not disappoint! i usually have to drive all the way back home closer towards the beach to get a good plate! i had mix feelings with the reviews but i have nothing to complain abt this place! compared to back home a trio fish plate (w double hushpuppies, fried oysters fried shrimp and slaw!) would def be a good $25-30+ i didnt even pay $20 with a tip! the lady at the register (im assuming the owner?) was very sweet and patient bc it was a lot to choose from! she also gave me complimentary sauces! it was empty when i made an order so i didnt wait no more than 10 mins and she brought it out to me! i def plan on coming back!

I ordered 2 Crocker plates with okra, fries and hush puppies with a side of jumbo shrimp.. I spent $40 The Crockers are definitely not fresh the skin of the fish come right off stiffly and you can see the cornmeal. Everything was unseasoned it absolutely has no flavor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Not an eat in place. Felt rushed. Sides are very limited... fries, coleslaw, okra, hushpuppies, or salad. Ordered flounder with okra and hushpuppies cause the review was good. My 2 favorite sides. Food was lightly battered (a good thing) but bland. Received two different pieces of fish. One with skin on and odd taste. Hushpuppies overfried. Disappointed!

The fish and shrimp I ordered was beyond delicious. I only wish that this restaurant was in California. The menu was filled with so many delicious choices. This will be one of the first places I come to when I revisit.
1st time i ordered take out from seafood express in 2022 it was hair in the coleslaw and grilled shrimp so of course that was thrown away, we are now in 2024 and still the same issue today there was hair in the the clams very short curly hairs whoever is the cook is not wearing a hair net or is very hairy I also ordered whiting fish, and the whiting fish was cut down the middle and sold as slices it wasn’t even 1 half of the fish also very thin definitely, my last time spending money with this business they have went down in making sure customers getting what they paid for
