My all time favorite sushi restaurant!

We absolutely loved this place! The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious — some of the best we’ve had on our trip. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and fast service. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area. Highly recommend to anyone passing through Fayetteville!

Rice tasted like cardboard, steak was so chewy, veggies were doused In teriyaki sauce. Have never been to any hibachi that did that. Almost put it on my shrimp til I told him not to. We didn’t even box up our left over it was that bad. My tea was so warm I had to ask for a cup of ice. Which the waiter kept forgetting. The waiter was the only good part about the experience. And he was so nervous, could tell he was new. They started cleaning up around us before we even finished our food. Spraying down the table we were sitting at , emptying the food dump bin 🤢 , still had almost an hour before closing. I asked the woman to stop cleaning our table and spraying while we were still eating and she refused. Terrible place, terrible food.

I just had a disappointing experience at this establishment, despite being a frequent visitor. Unfortunately, our waitress exhibited a poor attitude. When I requested utensils, she replied that they should already be available. She subsequently returned and placed them on the table abruptly. Furthermore, there was a significant delay in receiving our beverages. As a result, I am uncertain about returning to this location in the future.

This is one of our go to spots in Fayetteville. Food is always delicious, but the service was just a little off today. Nothing major, just a little slow at times.

We celebrated my daughter’s 22nd birthday at Shogun. The food was great. We ordered hibachi and sushi. They even had mochi, a Japanese dessert my son fell in love with. The Chef performed amazingly and showed so much kindness to my son who wasn’t a fan of the fire. Haha It’s a seemingly older restaurant but overall was clean. I definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for some Japanese cuisine.

The young lady, taking mine to go order was very rude And very impolite Sometimes. Acted as if I was interrupting whatever she was doing behind the bar. The salad included with my order was nothing but shredded lettuce and a small container of French dressing.

Great spicy tuna rolls. My 12 year old son love them and the lobster tails. Will be back when we need our next fix.
