Food was good but except for the Lady she gives off cold shoulders vibes and seemed to not enjoy seeing customer and a little rushable? Just unprofessional needs better training into not being rude to customers But the guy was super nice!

Pretty good food. The employees were friendly and they offered me a piece of their sczehuan chicken. During my visit at Cross Creek Mall, I was planning on eating at Sino Wok but I have decided to try out the Thai Style section which was located next door. I will definitely come back in the future and try out one of Sino Wok's selections.

I came here today. The food was very bland, the vegetables were horrible.. Especially the green beans. Don't eat here!!!! Oh, and the staff was rude, they rush customers. I should have just walked away.

Like someone else said, I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about! This place is not only my favorite mall food, it’s in my favorite top five food places! Noodles are delicious, I even got offered a sample of the honey chicken! The food was hot and juicy, the service was incredible with kindness and patience! I love coming back when I can just because of the good service and good food! 10/10 would recommend!

I have no clue where these bad reviews could be coming from, as the food here is the BOMB! ??The portions here are BIG, so you will definitely fill up and can get a filling meal here! There is no shortage of different kinds of chickens and meats you can feast on here either, and they give you free samples as well!
