Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

I went to this location while traveling last week. Customer Service was extremely poor. The staff member who took my order presented as rude, with behavior ranging from aggressive to passive aggressive. In addition, I did not receive the correct order. The order and food l did receive was cold. If l could give no stars in this review, l would. I contacted management with my concern. Based on previous reviews this has been an on-going issue at this location.

I like Smithfield's wings. The wings have an enjoyable flavoring. The workers are wonderful, a shout out especially Rob. Go Smithfields !!!

Great food, what BBQ place doesn't sell Mac, n cheese? Also, I understand it's a fast food location but received a lot of attitude upon placing my order. Would expect more understanding considering the limited number of locations. Guess they dont want new customers and only repeats. Won't be back.

Outstanding staff with wonderful service. Chicken didn't have the usual great Smithfield flavoring. But was still good.
BBQ and Brunswick Stew was great as always. Also great hushpuppies.

My wife ordered the pulled pork BBQ with extra sauce.

We got home, no sauce at all.
Yeah, I thought the barbecue was implied in the name of the item ordered, the name of the establishment, and the fact that she asked for extra sauce. Not super impressed.

Don’t Go There Period!! They Short Changed You On You Order and Don’t Care To Resolve Your Issues!! The Female Supervisor/ Manager Wouldn’t Or Even Tried To Fix The Problem of Not Getting My Order Corrected!! She Has No Customer Service Qualifications At All!! All She Did Was Insinuate That I Was A Liar And That I Wasn’t Telling Her The Truth!! That I Was Only Trying To Get Over On Her!! She Was Non-responsive To My Situation !!! She Insulted My Integrity As A Veteran In A Military Community!! She Needs To Be Removed As A Supervisor Or Manager Until She Can Prove She Has Those Qualities And Qualifications To Serve As A Manager!!

I've been a Smithfield's fan since the 90s while stationed at Camp LeJeune. This location has probably the best customer service out of most restaurants. It's extra clean inviting and customer service is excellent. Today, a young lad by the name of Cal is who I will give proper recognition. Thank you Cal. As for the food, we all know we love their food. Sadly, through the years the portions have drastically reduced. I don't think they use chickens anymore they look the size of pigeons and the Cole slaw and bake beans is less than half as they used to give you in the past. The banana pudding cups are half the size of what they used to be. What hasn't changed is the increased price. In 2025, you pay double for half the food. Nonetheless, it is still a good place to eat that cravings when it hits. The clientele due to these facts have drastically dropped. My last visit was 6 months ago. It's just too expensive for my budget. But thank you.

When we want chicken, we go to this Smithfield’s!! This time 5/30 we had the pleasure of meeting Kavin. He came to our table several times to check how our meal was & could he get us anything. He was very polite and friendly and we chatted a bit. He made a great impression on us. Everyone is always friendly and the food is delicious, fresh and cooked just right.
