This is a shout-out for employee, Charmaine at store #1449 at Skibo Rd. I visited the Ramsey-Francam store on 12/27 for the cherry smoothie promotion. It had been awhile since I last visited or used the app. Charmaine was extremely helpful, showing me how to operate the app to get the deal. The store was well kept and clean. As I waited with my family for the smoothies to be ready, she offered us a wonderful conversation. Charmaine is by far the best associate I have dealt with at any Smoothie King. She reminded me of my mother — extremely hardworking and professional. I hope we are able to cross paths again someday. People like her are a blessing to encounter in this lifetime.

Jeffery, at the location on Skibo Road was just EXTREMELY rude to me. I’m a new mother and was looking for something high in protein as I am breast feeding and need to up my protein intake. I asked Jeffery a couple of basic menu questions to which he said I’m unsure if you’re aware of what time it is but we close in literally 15 minutes. He was so rude that the customers walking in from behind me asked me if something was wrong seeming he literally stormed off from the register all together and left us all standing there waiting. It was not 15 minutes from closing when I arrived, it was 40 minutes from closing when I arrived and attempted to place an order. The location had the lights shut off in the building to give customers the impression that they were closed. An employee turned them back on and was scolded by the rest of the staff who stated that it was going to attract more customers if they turned the lights back on. Totally rude and uncalled for to treat paying customers so disrespectfully.

I've been coming to this smoothie king for about a good four months now and for the past three visits it's been terrible. I understand that some days can be stressful so the first day I got the attitudes and messed up order I didn't complain I let it go an thought they had a bad day or something. Second time same attitude and disrespect from the workers and manager... *still not complaining *. Now it's been the third time and I will never go back. This location has to do better !
