UNFORTUNATELY the Smoothie King on Ramsey Street is up the there old antics again trying to charge you twice for ingredients you’ve already purchased. On every visit I order a 40 ounce gladiator smoothie I request four extra scoops of gladiator strawberry protein, which produces a little bit more smoothie than the cup can hold “. when I ask them for my ingredients in an extra cup they tell me they’re gonna have to charge me again for the extra which is charging me twice for what I already paid for. I don’t mind paying for the cup but to tell me that you have to charge me for another smoothie when I’ve already purchased the ingredients is robbery. This may be the managers policy. Which is an HR concern but if this is Smoothie Kings policy then I need to purchase my smoothies with my hands in the air from now on because this is a stick up. Unsatisfactory SK.

Their mango and kiwi smoothie is absolutely delicious and refreshing! The place is very clean and their staff is very friendly as well. Great place to stop after running a mile, doing weights for 30 minutes and walking 4 more miles at the Cape Fear River walk! ?

my first going to this business on Ramsey and before I could ask any questions I was told that they were only taking mobile orders after standing inside for atleast 10 minutes. I wasn't impressed at all.

This location has issues! The app shows that they are closed on Thursdays! I placed an order through the app and got a confirmation but upon arrival the worker did not turn on the lights or unlock the doors. They FINALLY answered the phone at Noon today. The GM "Christina" let me know that they are human so they were late and the worker needed to prep the store. She told me that I could file a complaint and that she could refund my money ONLY if I provide my card number. Um why would I trust her since the first guy claimed that they opened at 7 today when I'm fact at 7:23 they were not! I asked who the owner is but all she knows is "Bob". Funny thing is that the NCSOS shows Chad as the owner. Beware and especially of Christina - she is human (and condescending).
I have order the same thing at the one on Skibo and it 100 times better than the one on Ramsey st. No more going to the one Ramsey st for me

This is by far my favorite smoothie king!! The staff is incredibly friendly. The manager, Christina, is super professional and courteous. She makes sure every smoothie is done correctly and efficiently. You can tell she truly cares about each and every customer as they walk through the door and that is super rare these days!

I hate to give you one star but after today, it's warranted. Normally all your employees are super friendly. Today there was some confusion with my order and instead of remaking my smoothie, your employee was extremely rude and refused to.I visit your store almost every day. I will go to Tropical Smoothie from here on out.

I have been to this location 3 times in the last 10 days. The door was opened at 7:13, 7:15, and finally 7:17. The employees are entering the establishment at 7:00 and preparing to open. No one apologized or mentioned the late opening. Each time several people waited 10 minutes or so before leaving.
