This place has gone down hill since change of management last night I waited 30 mins for a large order of uncooked grease soaked onion rings and burnt jalapeño poppers. I asked for a recook the car hop said no. I even asked for a refund and was turned down. Okay, that was trash. A few days prior, I used drive thru. I guess head sets weren't working. I was asked to drive to the window to place my order after repeating my order face to face 3xs. The lady comes back and asks me if I know the menu number. It was just a sonic burger combo with a route 44 root beer. I told her no, the app doesn't have menu #s after 5 mins of waiting for her return. i drove off.

Received spoiled ingredients in our cheesecake shakes, and when i called to rectify, I couldn't get an answer, and I tried 20 times. Other than food problems the service is decent.

They are the worst. Every time they screw up a slushie or food. When brought their attention they still don't fix. I got again 2 slushies I'm not drinking. Time of day I thought would change the outcome but it doesn't. Now I have to spend more money and gas going to get my order from a different sonic.

The food was great but, both the young lady who took our order over the speaker and the young lady who delivered our food were better. Both young ladies were very friendly and well spoken. This fantastic & pleasant service, along with good food made for a great time. Thank You!

I would go to this sonic on skybowl. Every morning for breakfast, but for about a year now, the service has gotten really bad. The food has gotten really bad, and the managers don't seem to care. Especially the breakfast managers

Fast, friendly service, cheap lunch, and great food 😋
Kid-friendliness: Great place to eat out with kids, great selection of foods for little one's. And very affordable for an afternoon out. And most sonics have a play area.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of space for wheelchairs, plus you don't have to leave your car if you don't want to. Everything right at arms reach, including paying for the order on the menu.
I went to the drive thru. They gave me the wrong foods that I ordered. I know it's something that happens at fast food eateries. So I turned around and came back to the drive thru. The Manager came to the window and kindly told me to "keep what I have and they will make my order what I asked for" (said with a smile). I said "thank you" and drove away with a smile. I rated a 3⭐ because they didn't get my order correct at first. But, a very , people friendly Manager !
Been here twice, got order wrong both times. Shame on me for not checking first. And its almost impossible to understand some of these mumble mouth "gangsters" that work there. Do better.
