Service and food has been going downhill, was once the best location in Fayetteville now it's not. They stay on the speaker talking trash between employees, takes forever to get your food, and when you finally get your food it's cold.

brooo the food here is so nasty, I spent 20 bucks of my money to get deep fried oil snack (thats right it wasn't even enough to count as a meal) š not to mention I walked a mile to get here. its not all bad tho thats why the extra star. the ice cream and mozzarella sticks are okay! oh also the tables are covered in sand.

I purchased food this afternoon from this particular Sonic Drive-In and received a non menu item. Guess they are running a special on bugs š š š¤¢

I like fast food restaurants better when they are consistent the way that their food and drinks are made. I keep going to Sonic and asking for half-and-half tea for my drink, and there is 1 of 2 problems most of the time. The unsweet has turned sour. And if you're southern, you know what i mean, and if you are not southern, you do need to know what turned sour or turning sour means when it comes to tea. Then there's the tea that tastes more like water, then it does tea. So, at that point, it feels like i'm paying an exuberant amount of money for water, not tea. With the amount of money that people are spending when they do stop at any fast food restaurant, They have become extraordinarily overpriced from downsizing, and the quality dropping has just become ridiculous. It truly makes me not want to stop at any fast food restaurant these days. This is not directed solely at Sonic because every single fast food restaurant out there just about has these same problems and they desperately need to be fixed.

In app prices are awesome, however; You have to jump on them quickly, because they don't last long!! Really miss the 1/2 price drink specials too!!

Ordered 2 drinks a hot dog and mozzarella sticks took 20+ mins for us to receive our items while people who showed up after us received the food way before us terrible service.
Placed an order 15 minutes ahead of time and showed up 5 min lateā¦ order was not ready when I got there and I also have been waiting over 10 minutesā¦ and no food yet. Not happyā¦

I went to this location just before closing time which is 12:00am and this place received and distributed me a fake $50 dollar bill and when I went back the manager told me the district manager said thereās not much they can do about it

I really hate leaving one stars but if I could leave zero I would. This is the worst Sonic that I have ever been to. I gave them three strikes and they completely struck out on all of them. The first time I went I paid for a red bull slush and they told me that they were out of it so they would give me a refund. Never happened. Second time they gave me the wrong milkshakes. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt because it was nighttime. I ordered today and I sat there waiting for my two drinks for 20 minutes Just for me to get the order and itās the wrong drink. I ordered a Powerade slush and their new paradise drink. I donāt know what they gave me but it definitely wasnāt a slush. That was their last chance. Terrible location and even worse workers.
