I like fast food restaurants better when they are consistent the way that their food and drinks are made. I keep going to Sonic and asking for half-and-half tea for my drink, and there is 1 of 2 problems most of the time. The unsweet has turned sour. And if you're southern, you know what i mean, and if you are not southern, you do need to know what turned sour or turning sour means when it comes to tea. Then there's the tea that tastes more like water, then it does tea. So, at that point, it feels like i'm paying an exuberant amount of money for water, not tea. With the amount of money that people are spending when they do stop at any fast food restaurant, They have become extraordinarily overpriced from downsizing, and the quality dropping has just become ridiculous. It truly makes me not want to stop at any fast food restaurant these days. This is not directed solely at Sonic because every single fast food restaurant out there just about has these same problems and they desperately need to be fixed.

Ordered 2 drinks a hot dog and mozzarella sticks took 20+ mins for us to receive our items while people who showed up after us received the food way before us terrible service.

Sonic on Cliffdale Rd is amazing. You can never go wrong eating there. Definitely worth the drive.
Placed an order 15 minutes ahead of time and showed up 5 min lateā¦ order was not ready when I got there and I also have been waiting over 10 minutesā¦ and no food yet. Not happyā¦

I went to this location just before closing time which is 12:00am and this place received and distributed me a fake $50 dollar bill and when I went back the manager told me the district manager said thereās not much they can do about it
I really hate leaving one stars but if I could leave zero I would. This is the worst Sonic that I have ever been to. I gave them three strikes and they completely struck out on all of them. The first time I went I paid for a red bull slush and they told me that they were out of it so they would give me a refund. Never happened. Second time they gave me the wrong milkshakes. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt because it was nighttime. I ordered today and I sat there waiting for my two drinks for 20 minutes Just for me to get the order and itās the wrong drink. I ordered a Powerade slush and their new paradise drink. I donāt know what they gave me but it definitely wasnāt a slush. That was their last chance. Terrible location and even worse workers.

This place has fallen off. Serving cold food is bad for business. Management needs to get people who actually take pride in their work. If you're not going to do your job right, then let someone who can cook and present fresh food get the job.

For the cost of their food itās actually disappointing what you get. This was their ājumboā popcorn chicken. The container wasnāt full, they were almost all the size of a penny and so overcooked itās like they scraped the leftovers at the bottom of the fryer. The taste was absolutely horrible considering it was almost all breading and not even chicken. The only good thing about it was their tea was decent and pretzel sticks were soft. Not to mention when ordering off grubhub my husband didnāt get the blast he ordered which was another $7 I have to wait for a refund on when we didnāt get it.

Do not come here around 9:00 pm can we wait for our food for about 45 minutes we were in the play area and why we waited they continue to serve other cars that pulled in rather than serving us and when we got our food we didn't have my child's grilled cheese and was told that oh you already received that meal and I'm like how did we receive a meal if you just gave her our food and all we had was the adult meals and no kids here the fries were horrible super hard and the cheeseburger was dry had to wait an additional 25 minutes just for them to go fix the grilled cheese
