Ok so first of all asked if a probation was going on was told yes they rang it up and I noticed it wasn't what it was supposed to cost tried to let them know and ask again but no answer so I waited in line and they said there was nothing they could do so I was annoyed but whatever cause it was double the promotion I asked about any ways got the burger and you guys served me one of the nastiest burgers I ever had it was like scraped burger leftovers on the grill and burntish like if I lived in Fayetteville I would of came back thank goodness I don't

I waited 40 minutes for a small popcorn shrimp and a pretzel, I didn't get any of the sauce I ordered and everything was cold as if it was made 40 minutes prior ?. Thank you for making me so late for work. Absolutely terrible service. This is the worst Sonic in Fayetteville. December 31, 2023 1:40 pm.

Not delivery driver friendly. EVERY time I come to this location its a 40 + wait. They will not even be busy but serve everyone else including those that come behind you before you get your order. The bag is literally cold when it comes out like it's been sitting there. They can never give a eta or anything. I swear they do it on purpose. I'm a sweet natured person, so it's not because I'm not polite. I don't have this issue at any other sonic. Other stores in the area can be extremely busy and I still get it in less than 10 min.
