I write this review as I’ve been sitting here, 8+ minutes at my stall, waiting for a response. I do have to say the times I’ve come here and my order is eventually taken the food was just fine great in fact, although without fail, my ranch always forgotten, but never gone from my mind. Rest in peace ranch

Very rude girl today at 11pm she would put the mic far or whatever and dosent reply at least 5 cars were pressing on the button to order no one answering and when she does its very faar and then i told her to please repeat what she said she ignored me and then never replied to me again . Very Rude !

Kid-friendliness: Definitely. There’s a play park area with seating, and a volleyball pit with sand and all. Every time I’ve been it seems to be fairly clean

I keep doing it to myself. I think maybe it won't be as bad as last time. I am always wrong. It somehow finds ways to get a little worse each time. If you want FAST food, this is not the place. When you activate the button, you might get an answer. I have been in a stall with one other car there. The response from the button to actually talking to someone was close to 10 minutes. This has happened on a few occasions, prompting me to leave without placing an order more than 3 different times. If somehow you are lucky enough to place an order, turn your car off and get comfortable because your food is going to be anywhere from 25-45 minutes. I understand stuff happens. That is why I am writing this. It isn't based on a one time experience.

This some of the worst crap I got from sonic in my life. Who in the world in the manager on shift? Burnt tots with burnt grease in the cup and burned burgers . I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!

Ordered my food and paid, even tipped! Then I watched people after me ordering and getting their meals. Waited 20 minutes. Still no food. Had to ring the button a second time and request my food again. No explanation, no apology. This store is the worst for service. Just drive further down the road for better options.
After going trick or treating at Simon Temple, at about 7:30 pm, my family and I went there to get food to eat. After waiting about 20 minutes we got our food and went home. When we opened the bag and took out the food everything was cold and the fries were hard. The food was not good at all. We will not be going back!

Long line so the wait was expected. The food runner wasn’t unfriendly but you could tell she wasn’t happy that she is a food runner and the food was disgusting other than the crinkle fries it was garbage. Some thing weird that taste like acetone in the lemonade. Burger disgusting. Im DoorDashing some thing edible.

I’m not even sure how this sonic is still in business. half of the stalls are broken, and the other half barely get served by the staff that work there. The only edible thing that comes out of this restaurant is the ice cream.

Pulled up to FIRST order spot a little after 9:15PM. Waited 15 plus mins before moving to second spot because no one took my order. Second spot waited with no order made, while a car who pulled up after us made their order. THIRD spot waited about 10 mins and finally made order. Ordered Dr Pepper with sweet cream and vanilla cold brew with extra pump vanilla. Order came out totally wrong, a diet Dr Pepper no sweet cream and the cold brew had no vanilla…it was super bitter I couldn’t drink it. Sent it back and as of 10:08PM I’m still waiting for my two drinks. Got here at 9:15PM…an hour for a 2 drink order?? Damn. These female employees are next level rude & incompetent. The young man employee is a hard worker though & extremely apologetic. The other employees need to follow his lead, despite all the BS I wouldn’t have left a bad review had they done so. Drinks came out at the 10:13. Insanity for real lol
