Service was fantastic. Sandwich (BLT) was cold and the bread was rubber, just disgusting, fries were cold and stale. The only thing good from this visit was the chocolate shake for my Dad. With a combo price of $13.99 each, for fast food, this was trash!

Do not use your card at the drive thru window one of the employees stole my info and ordered Uber Eats, some stuff from DePop and another clothing store. I have contacted my bank, I’m going to file a police report and file charges.

I ordered six different meals for our VIP group, and unfortunately, this shift left a lot of room for improvement.The smash burgers were overly salty.None of the drinks or shakes came with straws.We ordered three sauces but did not receive any.Both the fries and tots had an unpleasant taste, as though they were cooked in old oil.The tots were also overcooked to the point of being hard and crunchy.The chicken tenders were very dry.Overall, the food quality and attention to detail on this order were disappointing. With a few adjustments, this could have been a much better experience, but as delivered it did not meet expectations for a VIP order.

Dear God a crispy chicken sandwich should not be this burnt! Per other reviews this is an on going issues with this location specifically not changing their oil frequently enough. We had two of these and they were both burnt. Absolutely unacceptable! Maybe the health dept needs to come in and retrain/educate staff!

We came in at 9:45 pm, and the three of us had a large order together. Our service was absolutely excellent, from ordering to getting extra utensils and adding an item on. They were extraordinarily friendly and it was greatly appreciated

I have been disappointed at the Sonics on Cliffdale Rd, so I decided try a different location and the results are still the same. I ordered a chocolate m&m sonic blast with truffles and when I drove off I couldn't even enjoy a bite of it because it was so watery. I'm don't with Sonics.
Was so excited to go to sonic it's been a min. But so love Sonic food,but that day wasn't so great. My burger was missing bacon and my son's food they gave him cheese tots instead of fries in his meal and messed the drink up he got a nerd slushy instead of dr.pepper like he wanted said the slushy was to sweet to drink work his dinner my husband's food was fine other than they gave him a soda instead of sweet tea.
