I am more than pleased with Specialty Cakes! Working woth Deborah over email and phone went smoothly. If there was any issues she would update me as soon as they would arise! First I was to start off by saying top-tier customer service!!!!!!! I called Ms. Deborah out of the blue last minute because there was a mix up at Harris teeter with my son’s cake! His birthday was the very next day and I was cakeless! After driving around the area and having bakery after bakery tell me that they were booked or they simply could not do the cake i looked on line and saw Specialty Cakes & Desserts! The cakes were so beautiful and delicious looking that even though I was loosing hope I called anyway. I explained to Ms. Deborah what had happened and without question she said yes she could do my cake for me!!!! She had me send details about the cake and told me when what time to pick it up!!! When I got the cake I was amazing and just what my son wanted! The kids absolutely loved it and my son was so happy with his cake! Ms. Deborah was so kind and an absolute angel!!! I will definitely be ordering from her again and telling everyone about Ms Deborah and her amazing cakes from Specialty Cakes & Desserts!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had pictures of the cupcakes I ordered as well but that’s how amazing and quick they were ate up!!! Everything came out exactly as asked and she was able to work with me around the busy schedules and dates. Everything was perfection from the cake looking exactly what I wanted and tasting just as amazing! I’m sad to be leaving North Carolina because I would want to continue using her services, I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a sweeet treat, sentimental design, or just make your loved ones idea come to life and better. We recently hosted a birthday party and ordered a specialty cake and cupcakes, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! The cake was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated and exactly what we envisioned. The flavors were incredible; every bite was moist, rich, and full of flavor.

The cupcakes were just as amazing! They were the perfect size for kids and adults alike, with a great balance of sweetness and softness. The variety of flavors was a huge hit, and the presentation made them almost too pretty to eat (but trust me, we ate every last one!).

Not only did the desserts taste amazing, but they also made the party extra special. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them, and many even asked where we got them from. If you're looking for a delicious and beautifully made specialty cake and cupcakes for any celebration, I highly recommend Ms. Deborah!

Response time for the order was very quick. First time trying a new baker since my last one stop making cakes. I must say, I have found a new baker. The decor on the cake was beautifully made. The cake itself was buttery and moist. Definitely will be using her again.

Mrs Deborah is a wonderful person and professional baker. I’ve been going to her for years now. Her cakes are always moist and everything is always beautiful. She is respectful and always on time or early. She just did my son a cake for me one day before his birthday as a huge favor to me and the cake was PERFECT, you wouldn’t have known it was a last minute cake. Her work is worth every cent!

The cake was moist, the icing was the perfect amount of sweetness & flavors were perfect (red velvet & vanilla tiers). You definitely executed our vision. Our cake was sturdy & placed in a refrigerated box for travel to our venue. We recommend Specialty Cakes & Desserts 100% & will be returning for future events!
