I placed an in-store pickup order and arrived a few minutes early. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in not a big deal at first, but it ended up setting the tone. I checked the pickup area, saw my order wasn’t ready, and took a seat to wait. The store wasn’t busy at all no one was ordering, and just a few customers were already sitting with their drinks.

After waiting nearly 10 minutes past my pickup time, a new customer walked in and immediately got warm greetings and welcomes. At that point, I got up to check again. I asked if they had an order under my name, and the barista looked around, clearly irritated, then waved a hand over the pickup area and said, “If it’s not there, then no.”

I’d already been waiting and checking, so I went to the register to ask again. The barista stared at the screen, unsure, until another worker stepped in and found my drink sitting with the drive-thru orders the whole time. When I finally got it, it was lukewarm, not hot at all. No apology, no offer to remake it, nothing.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish especially at a store that wasn’t even busy.

Absolutely wonderful service! I don’t speak English very well, and ordering can usually be stressful for me. But the girl at the counter was so kind and patient—she helped me get my order perfectly with just a few gestures and smiles. Made my day! I’ll definitely be coming back here.

The staff needs a refresher on how to prepare the iced coffees they are very inconsistent. I am now ordering extra shots of expreso just to get the coffee flavor because all they end up giving me is milk. For reference this is a quad shot of expreso.

Great experience! Starbucks has been improving customer service and this one certainly showed it.

Excellent and fast service. Seating arrangements could be better for smaller parties. Poor parking lot design. If you park to visit the establishment, you will get stuck if the drive thru line gets backed up. You must park in the Walmart parking lot to avoid this issue altogether. You also have to drive by a Walmart gas station (Murphy USA) to get to the Starbucks parking.

i am a regular here. i always get amazing service here, in fact today was exceptional. i came to write a stellar review, while looking at other people’s reviews i was absolutely appalled by “T.” I hope you read this “T,” Alice is a girl. she greets me warmly every time i come through. for you to write this hate speech review is genuinely appalling. it’s so hurtful to know someone would actually do that and use her name for the world to see, shame on you!! i feel so horrible for her and for the workers who have to deal with people like you. all of you, including Alice, do an excellent job! don’t let people like T get to you!!!

I enjoy going to this location because it’s very convenient and in the direction of my job. I have a great experience every time I go other than when the long haired blonde boy with Harry Potter glasses “Alice” is working the drive thru window. I go to Starbucks about 2-3x/week, so I spend quite a bit of money when I do visit. Every time the boy Alice is at the window and I use the kiosk, he flips it around while giving you this evil piercing look to see if you left a tip. Naturally I just leave it alone because whatever. But this last time, I was really taken back. I ordered a venti drink and a little breakfast and as soon as I pressed no tip, he snatched the kiosk away, gave me my drink (no straw) and didn’t look my way again. I sat there at the window for a minute and said, “I didn’t get my straw” after waiting patiently and still in disbelief at how he acted yet another time. He gave me the straw in annoyance and went back to looking at the screen. I was debating on if I should go inside the store to speak to someone because nobody should be treated that way. I was running late and realized he never gave me my food. I got back in line and said, “I didn’t get my food.” He said “oh” and gave me my food without apologizing or anything. Just rude and nasty for no reason at all. If I want to tip, please let me tip because I have extra and because the service is great! Not because you feel like that’s what I should do. I find it incredibly disheartening to start my day off like that, but I’m not letting that slide any longer. No other barista acts as he does nor do I have a bad experience when Alice is not there. Please have someone pleasant, happy, and friendly working early in the morning because that can dictate how someone else starts their day. One day Alice is going to catch the right one at that window being nasty like that. I pray this gets situated before that day comes.

I live in Fayetteville Nc and there's a Starbucks on Strickland Bridge Rd. I always get the iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel. Now I've been going to Starbucks for many years and have the app to. I ask for extra caramel they say no it's not allowed. When I say I'll pay for it they still turn me down. I think this Starbucks has rude people working there and a rude manager. That's why if I go there I don't ever give a tip and I'm a damn good tipper. I just think it's best I don't go there anymore. They aren't about pleasing the customers. I hope this helps anyone that has experienced rude behavior at Starbucks. I think I just need to leave Starbucks alone and find another coffee shop to go too because the service sucks.

I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and honestly hurtful. My boyfriend and I were sitting outside on the patio trying to resolve an issue with my card so I could buy a drink. While we were doing that, a woman from the store came out and told us if we weren’t purchasing anything, we needed to leave or she would call the police.

I understand that there may be a policy about purchasing to sit, but the way she approached us was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. She could’ve simply come out and asked, “Hey, do you need help with anything?” or offered some kind of assistance. Instead, we were immediately treated like a problem.

It felt like we were being racially profiled, especially since no one else around us was approached like that. I’ve been to this location before and I always make a purchase — this wasn’t my first time here. I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. Cynthia was her name.

Starbucks says they’re about community and inclusivity, but that’s not what I experienced. I hope this location reflects on how they speak to customers and handles situations like this better in the future.

Solid Starbucks location. Always friendly and timely. I really appreciate their service. Only area of opportunity here is that parking situation. The drive thru line blocks several parking spots in the lot which can be a huge inconvenience in the morning.
