So new policy is you have to purchase something to sit outside the patio. I get the bathrooms are for customers but to kick someone off the patio while they are waiting on there ride or trying to get in contact is crazy. Someone need to pay attention to this store. What's next ? Can't use the free wifi YOU offer without purchasing something first? I would come here to get work done only now I have to buy y'all's lemonade and I'm broke trying to do online work...please fix this.

Received a cup that had a split in it. Coffee leaked in the car and on my clothes. I ordered ahead on the app so it was made before I got there. How do you not notice the coffee leaking before giving it to a customer?

The guy at the window was okay I guess because I didn’t leave a tip I said thank you have a good day said it twice and nothing back. Common courtesy is to say it back but nothing. And this is my first time here

First time I’ve ever experienced horrible customer service at Starbucks. Was not greeted and not acknowledged by workers. I asked if somebody would take my order they asked me to wait, I waited for 15 minutes as they took other orders, then they proceeded to take my order with an attitude, kept looking at each other and giving me horrible looks. I didn’t even want the food from them at this point but I already paid. When I finally got my coffee and a breakfast sandwich another 15 minutes later; It tasted horrible and I threw it out in the trash can outside. I’ve never felt more terrible coming into an establishment and treated so badly. Please work on your customer service and treating all customers with respect, dignity, and like A HUMAN BEING. It’s 2024 you guys are out of your mind treating people like this. Grow up.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a Starbucks and it is all thanks to Faith! Her kindness and customer service is in a league of its own! My sister and 2 kids broke down and came here and Faith has really made our day turn around!
Picked up old coffee grounds today after getting in contact with the district manager, it wasn't much but better than nothing, I did get some from Burger King 10lb. 1107 Raeford rd, Burger King excellent management team. Giving back to environment. Used for my compost.
