Got the Grande Cinnamon Latte and oatmeal with steamed coconut milk and honey. The barista put the honey in first then the hot milk. Wonderful idea! I added a third shot to the Latte. Great breakfast!

Very friendly as I walked in everyone was greeting me. I am not much of a Starbucks drinker however, I get the occasional gift card. The associate was very friendly and assisted me in picking the correct blend for my husband and a delicious latte for myself.

Second time. 3 pm and not a single thing to eat except some little almond bar. I wanted a sandwich to go with my drink. I have a feeling they were in the cooler but inventoried for the next day.

Pre ordered my drink. Not only did they give mine to someone else but once I got mine and drove away. I tasted it and nope tasted wrong. No carmel and used espresso not blonde express. I should have known better than to leave before tasting it. This is the second time they got my drink wrong. Such a new store maybe they need to reevaluate their training. The people are super nice don't get me wrong.

I recently placed an order using the app and followed the provided instructions for the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, I was unexpectedly questioned by the employee about why I hadn’t stopped “at the box.” I want to point out that the app instructions do not mention stopping at the speaker or box — they simply direct you to proceed through the drive-thru for pickup.

If this had been an in-store pickup, I would have gone directly to the designated area, collected my order, and left without needing to stop at the cashier. The same clarity should apply in the drive-thru process.

I highly recommend adding clear signage at the drive-thru or requesting that corporate update the app’s language to reflect your team’s expectations. While my food and drink were outstanding, the confusion took away from the overall experience.
