Every thing is shrinking except the price! Haven't been there in years and I will not be going back!

I truly understand that mistakes happen, but do not get a drink from this store if you are in a hurry because they WILL TOTALLY mess up your drink order! Only go to this store if you have time to wait for them to remake it! And it’s also rare to get a greeting when entering. I didn’t get any food on this visit.

Dont know why the manager had to put his hands on our table and arch his back like that just to tell us no vaping on the PATIO. Didn't see the no smoking sign so my bad, but does it really matter when we are the only patrons? I feel like mr sassy pants just saw an opportunity to be a bossy mr sassy pants and took it.
I’ve never had a Starbucks pull me up to wait like McDonald’s does all because they made hot instead of iced and forgot to ask and then got an attitude about it.

Pay very close attention when they are making your drinks! Today, the barista Taylor at touched my tea bags with her bare hands before putting them in my tea. Then had an attitude with me, and didn’t apologize when I asked her to remake it without touching the tea bags. I also watched her not properly clean the cold foam machine before making a new drink. What if someone has an allergy to certain ingredients and can’t risk cross contamination? People die from food allergies. These are both food safety issues and I hope that this is rectified!!!

I used to work here. I know how it works behind the scenes. 30 minutes in the drive through, yes I was watching the minutes tick by, with only three cars in front of me is ridiculous. This is not a local store issue. I see it in several starbucks's, where the wait times are ridiculously long for a drink and food item. Stores are not being staffed enough, not being cleaned like they should be, and it's not their fault. Corporate needs to open their eyes and assign more workers and treat them better. I am tired of waiting obscene wait times for a drink if it's any other hour other than the morning rush time frame

Don't do Starbucks often, but the mocha was delicious. Great! Service, setting is just a little close for comfort.
Parking: Parking is like the inside setting, tight and not enough.

Asked for a coffee drink that was keto. Unfortunately, the drink they have me wasn't coffee at all. Thankfully, they made me a new one, and had such a positive attitude about it.

I do not spend my money where I am being treated based on my race. I’m am discriminated against whether I am in the drive thru or I come in to the store. I won’t tell anyone not to go there, I just don’t choose to be treated anyway by anybody who is begging for my money as they let me know they need my money but hate me for having it to spend.
