I have been to Starbucks in pretty much every state across the US considering the fact that I do travel assignments in healthcare and I have never in my life experience the type of amazing customer service that I experienced this morning when I went to Starbucks, the young lady that was in the window was Nothing short of amazing. She literally explained the menu to me. I’m vegan and I was looking for product that was vegan and I had no idea that Starbucks had a vegan sandwich...
Went through the drive-thru at around 8pm 10/6 and had the best service I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I didn’t catch the Baristas’ names, but both had smiling faces and excellent service that stood out, especially with it being late. So refreshing and much appreciated!
I would like to give big kudos to Ann Marie and Sam for their outstanding customer service and for always going the extra mile to ensure our order is correct. They set an example for other employees to follow. Starbucks, please hire more people like them! Keep up the good work, ladies!
