Compared to some of the other Starbucks locations in Fayetteville, the location on Ramsey street has always taken the longest to get through the drive-thru.

I stopped going here. They take way too long to make your drink. I can place my order before I get there and still have to wait almost 15 minutes or so before my order is ready. And none of my drinks have been good.

If you are looking for a good drink, do not go here… 3 times in a row and every time was a complete miss… Go to the one on Bragg BLVD instead. Trust Me!

Unfortunately the service and consistency has significantly changed in recent months - to the point I don’t even want to try to go to this location because:

1. Probably won’t be able to get what I want because they’re out of something (even if it shows available when ordering in the app) or a machine is broken - or they make something incorrectly
2. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I’ve waited for 30 minutes for a drink I ordered ahead just for them to tell me they ran out of the syrup for it
3. Th service is either nonexistent or they’re just rude - like they’re over working there

This Starbucks was always great when it came to service/making the coffee. Which was evident with how busy it usually is! But ever since Robert started there (I’m assuming a new GM) the lines move so fast and I can reliably stop by before work every morning. You guys are doing great! Thank you!

Extremely disappointed. I drove out here specifically because the app and Google listed the store as open, only to find the doors locked. I even waited and tried the drive-thru, but the location is completely closed. The only place the correct hours are actually posted is on the front door, which is useless for anyone checking online before driving out. I wasted time and gas on a trip that could have been avoided with a simple digital update. I won’t be returning and will make sure my colleagues are aware of the lack of reliability here. I came here around 6:15pm on Wednesday, January 14.

Twice in the last 2 weeks, I've waited in the drive-through line right at 1 pm to wait at the ordering point to be told that they are closed. Google Maps states 9 pm and Starbucks 2 pm.

I recommend that they need to update their hours or put up a sign at the ordering point so that customers are not waiting and eventually are told they are closed..

Rho Shorthouse (Miss Roma)

I've ordered from them through mobile app and everytime I come through the drive thru. One specific employee cannot read my name. And it's been two months. I always say I'm here to pick up a mobile order for Rhodora. So why is it hard to say my name? I've given that person so many chances and have kept repeating my name correctly. It's like she's not even trying to say it correctly. I love this place but I am going to a different location. Service is great but just one person cannot read my name properly and always saying it wrong. I'd advise them to tell her to read closer or get glasses

Service was good. The restrooms however look disgusting. I’m surprised if that’s all from today. Still with one loose roll of toilet paper one employee had to go in there and see it was a mess. It’s upsetting to be a paying customer and this is what I’m paying to use.

The manager openly was frustrated that our cashier was having a conversation with us. There was no one behind us. She also sent another employee to fuss at a new person on the floor to let her know she needed to be behind the counter. It was very anti-customer service and made the atmosphere very heavy because we then didn't want to have conversations with anyone.
