Service was good. The restrooms however look disgusting. I’m surprised if that’s all from today. Still with one loose roll of toilet paper one employee had to go in there and see it was a mess. It’s upsetting to be a paying customer and this is what I’m paying to use.

Awkward because a protest was happening in the parking lot. The coffee tasted old and was not hot.

Appreciate the people working but the megaphone union protesters standjng at the drive through does not help make your case.

The manager openly was frustrated that our cashier was having a conversation with us. There was no one behind us. She also sent another employee to fuss at a new person on the floor to let her know she needed to be behind the counter. It was very anti-customer service and made the atmosphere very heavy because we then didn't want to have conversations with anyone.

Typically, I only leave reviews if the food is great or something needs to be brought up. I’ve gone to this Starbucks twice this week, 11/9/2025 and today. Two days ago, I got my wife an iced gingerbread latte and it in fact was not the correct drink. Once I got home my wife asked what drink I got her. So, I go back and get it fixed which is great but I had to drive back which is unfortunate. Fast forward to today I got her an iced matcha latte with pumpkin cream cold foam and it is all foam and no drink (I paid regular price for this) and I also got two cake pops as well and no problems with those and I’m thankful for the free small coffee for Veterans Day but messing up two drinks in the span of a week is hard to do. Again I did pay for 3 items and did receive the free coffee for today’s visit.

Coffee always made perfect! Only place you can go and actually get a good coffee everytime. Drive thru wait is usually always long though

I had a fussy order. And I asked if I could describe it to him and he said yes in a very good-natured way. And then when I described it he knew the exact drink I was talking about which almost nobody does because it's an old drink... And I just really appreciate that!

I got to the window and he had a huge smile and was very personable and very prompt. He double-checked that it tasted the way I wanted it to..... Which it did!

I always pass by the Starbucks but I go to one closer to my house and I might just have to switch here since they can make my coffee the way I like it

Put in a mobile for the new iced vanilla protein latte with the banana protein cold foam. They literally gave me milk with cold foam on top. They forgot to put in the two shots of espresso. You’re a coffee shop how do you manage to forget that? It was not busy at all, I’m very confused and disappointed in how this even happened.

I went through the drive through and waited for my order to be taken, it took a while so I drove up! The girl who was taking order at the window today around 10:20am had the mst nastiest attitude I didn’t even want my order taken anymore! I called to get her name, she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Horrible customer service she needs retraining!

They're good but not my favorite. Their menu limits and pricing for anything special is definitely a deterrent for me. I had to start asking for double blended because with the oat milk, it never seems well blended, just more of a rush job. If you just need a quick coffee drink spot, it's a go to. Order ahead of you can, line is normally long except evenings

Unbelievable that the drink tastes like somebody pulled grass from the ground with the dirt attached, ground it in a blender then served it as a Mocha Latte

I’m disappointed in the service I receive at this location. They don’t give you what you ask for or what you pay for, instead they give you what they want you to have.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a latte. When I got to the window I noticed a difference in the price from my usual. They added extra expresso shots that I didn’t ask for. The drink they gave me was not what I ordered and the cup wasn’t even filled. I asked them to remake it and the manager asked me if I drank majority of the drink. When they remade the drink, they did the exact same thing a second time. They were rude and gave me what they wanted me to have. I then walked in and asked for a refund and gave them the drink back.

To avoid disappointment and attitudes that I don’t need, I’ll just avoid this location overall.
