Our order was completely mixed up. We waited 20 minutes for them to call out ‘Aria,’ only to find out they had placed it under ‘Thomas’ instead. Nobody in our group was named Thomas. By the time we finally got our drinks, they were either cold or melted. Really disappointing experience.

I love this location. I DO NOT love, “Robert”. He was rude and his tone wasn’t it. Im far from a “Kevin”. He needs some Customer service training. Please address this issue. BOOOOO Robert 🍅🍅🍅

Didn't have the Valentine's drinks out as advertised on February 4th and it's the 5th sooo next

10/10 would recommend. I always have great service when I go in, and I am always greeted with smiling workers. The workers are great at preparing drinks and being very polite. I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a drink.

Too slow attention the customer empty store

The location is extremely unorganized. When I arrived there were customers that were sitting there so long the employees forgot the food they had ordered. They also weren’t filling orders in the order the customers came. My wife and I ordered the same drinks on the same ticket but some how one drink came, they filled 3 or 4 different orders than the other drink came. Then to top it off, one was wrong. Why weren’t the drinks made at the same time?

It's a Starbucks, a place I've got to be desperate to visit. Why? My drip coffee cost at least twice as much as it should and took twice as long to receive. The quality was a hair above mediocre.

20 min wait for kids hot coco

This place has become extremely slow. 9 times out of 10 I wait at the order screen for AT LEAST 3 minutes if not longer waiting just to tell them I have a mobile order and then I sit in line for at least 5 minutes if not longer. I was in line for 25 min for ONE drink and 4 cookies tonight. That was a long time to wait for such a simple order. Just wish they would get a little faster like they used to be.
