This store is clean, fast and the service is great. My family has anllergies and the team went above and beyond to ensure both the drinks and food we ordered were safe for us. I’ve had a different experience at another Starbucks in town where we seemed more of a bother than a customer so I highly appreciated the extra effort and smile on the associates faces! Will definitely come back!

Not sure what Starbucks did but Monique has turned this store around! Through countless managers, this girl is special. I remember her from a different store and its obvious she belongs here because it needed desperate help. Make this manager a DM watch this district cash flow.

They completely forgot about some customers or that what happened with me at least, besides that some of the staff are rude making eye contact and say nothing and giggle loudly, I waited more than half an hour to get my black coffee after I reminded them twice…that was ridiculous

Walked in at 7pm and the employees kicked us out saying they were closing the lobby. There were few people and not during busy hours. Drive through closed at 10:30 but would not let us sit down. Staff was not polite about it. Advertised hours false.

I was trying to go inside of this starbucks store since the drive thru line was so long and when I tried to go inside the doors were locked. Even though it was 5pm and I had my daughter that had to use the restroom as well. So we just went to the starbucks on post since it was on our way and luckily the were open. I do not know if they need to hire more staff to be able to keep the doors open or what but its really inconvenient because the drive thru line is long and if you were trying to go inside you can’t go in.

Customer service very unprofessional! They wrote YOU RUDE! on my cup. All I did was sit there waiting for my order to come up. I’m completely flabbergasted at their behavior.

The person at the register rushed me through my order and seemed visible annoyed by my presence. Received my drink, it was wrong. Asked for a remake and they still got it wrong. I won’t be returning.

Also, it’s really loud inside. The music was concert level loud.

I have been going to the Starbucks for years. I really love the atmosphere there very clean. The workers are very polite and very helpful always smiling. It just makes my day to see them and purchasing my coffee in my food very thankful for them and their service.🙏🙏🙏🙌🏽❤️

Easily the worst Starbucks in the area. Their manager is a nightmare also, she’s just rude. My drink was made with ice, I asked for no ice. No biggie, mistakes happen. I asked the barista if she would remake it, she rolled her eyes at me and snatched my drink. When the manager came over she very abruptly told me “you need to order it with no ice” and rolled her eyes also. Ma’am I did, it’s on the sticker. She said, “oh well I don’t know then” and walked off. My drink is over $10, I wasn’t rude, I’ll be going down the road to the other Starbucks now. Cross Creek needs to figure out why their staff is so miserable.
