Never know what to expect from this location. I’ve had great experiences, but also very poor. Megan is an amazing employee who is an efficient and professional beast at working the drive thru. Amazing service by her every time I see her, I love that she greets you by saying her name before every drive thru order. But unfortunately I’ve also had 1 item simple coffee mobile orders take 20+ minutes to make in-store. The drive thru can take YEARS and I’ve been asked to “wait”...
The parking lot is a bit cramped though this is partly due to people driving trucks and SUVs the size of Sherman tanks. The drive thru can also stretch out into the road that circles the mall and for similar reasons. 🚙
The person at the drive through window was very polite and patient. Good customer service from her, but when I got my drink, there was some espresso beans inside of it. They probably let some fall into the ice bin and didn’t take them out as they should have. That’s a food safety isssue.
