I’m confused why they show different flavors for their drinks yet every time we get a coffee it’s all plain bland tasteless coffee. Every flavor is all the same bland. it’s such a waste of money. Most of the workers are usually just on their phone and have poor customer service manners. Can’t wait for Caribou to open up and if you want good coffee go to 7 Brew they have different flavors. You can tell the difference between them and you actually get a bigger coffee for way less. There is no wait cause nobody’s going to it anymore.

The worst drive-thru customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. The girl at the window completely ignored me TWICE at the window. I mean I am looking right at her and I can see my drink on the counter. If she acknowledged me, I would have let her know that was my drink and been on my merry way. Instead when she finally acknowledges my presence and tries to hand me someone else's order. I let her know that is not mine. Then she asked if I paid. I said yes and she turns to the Manager to ask the same question. I said you asked me and I said I did. She rolled her eyes and I said that is my drink looking at the counter. She turns picks up my drink and someone else order ready to hand them to me. I told her that is not my order (looking at whatever was in the bag) As a manager myself, I can not stand when employees ignore customers or give bad service. The manager was kind and did what she was suppose to do but I will not be coming back to this Starbucks.

It was the usual Starbucks with everyone inside on the laptops and tablets, the coffee has nice and hot and they gave me fresh cream and the pastry was warmed to perfection not to hot but warm enough to make it fall apart it was nice.

Great location, large enough to not be cramped with enough baristas to keep the drinks flowing. never wait more than 2 minutes, and everything is always perfect. kudos to this Harris Teeter starbucks Manager and staff.

i don’t usually get lucky with good service ever but today that changed at Starbucks. i ordered this morning and i was greeted with this wonderful sweet woman named Ava. after she gave me my sandwich i pulled off and realized i forgot my drink so i pulled around and out she comes RUNNING to bring me my drink. i was so appreciative and grateful. i pulled around to get a straw and her name and she was already there at the window. Amazing and what I expect from services. I just wanted to share my experience this morning because it brought a huge smile to my face and a great start to the day.

Got a latte and the barista didn't put the top on. Took a sip and half my drink went down the front of me. Accidents happen but the staff barely acknowledged it. Didn't apologize and left me to clean up everything. I had to ask for a paper towel twice. I don't appreciate having paid $7 for a latte just for half of it to end up on my shirt and the floor.
