This line is 95% of the time a extremely long wait and if they miss up for drink, like for example 3 times in last month I ordered a caramel frap with no whip and they give me a caramel crunch with whip, so they always fix it by taking off the whip by hand, pouring the messed up drink in a new cup and hand it back out the drive thru. Come on, ppl are not as stupid as your employees think they are. Many come here daily and spend lots of money at this location to wait in ridiculous lines just to get the wrong order with a rude way of repairing their own mistakes. Worse Starbucks on Fayetteville

I was there for quite a bit before I was asked for order and there were 5 associates working! I mean one back to me one at window with no customer one restocking cups one walking back and front with empty hands and actually working and making coffee

I am on the fence about this place. Friendliness and politeness seems to largely depend on the individual who is serving you, not a common requirement for serving paying customers. I have been treated very well here, and also treated with apathy/borderline rudeness on different occasions. I can't stand the inconsistency. As a rule, the dudes seem to be nicer than the chicks, but there are some nice female employees too, albeit scarce and sporadic. You never know what to expect. First world problems and all that, but it's no fun wondering if you'll be handled right this time, or if disappointment awaits you at the window. The management was terrible from 2013-2016 or so, so I avoided the place entirely after a series of bad experiences back then. Most of the workers were alright, but the manager was awful. Ugh. I have slowly been giving them another try, for the past year and a half. -The drinks are sometimes good, sometimes passable, and sometimes regrettable. I like peppermint hot chocolate. Sometimes you can taste the peppermint, sometimes you can't. I've requested an extra pump of peppermint at times, but it still tastes the same. Depending on the barista, when they hear the word "Peppermint", they automatically assume you want a Peppermint Mocha. No. No. No. No. I have been served the wrong drink more than once, necessitating that I park my car, go inside, and get it fixed. Kind of negates drive thru convenience and efficiency at that point.
