Emily was so nice and made a super yummy drink for me when I didn't know what to get after Chesnut Praline was no longer available. Thanks guys!!

So I go to this Starbucks all the time because I moved to this side of town. I always order a venti chai latte with extra pumps of chai. On the app they cap you at 12 pumps. So today I asked if they could add 4 extra pumps of chai to eat one and Emily the manager made me pay $3.25 for chai that is already suppose to be in my drink when everyone else at that store just puts more in it or gives me some on the side at no extra charge. Emily advised me if they couldn’t make my drink right then I should just go to another Starbucks!!! Of course I sent this to the district manager Natauya and waiting to hear back and reported it!!! Keep in mind I spend $400 a month in drinks alone at Starbucks and buy their cups. Fact in point is that everyone at the store does different things and Emily is the only one who told me to go to another Starbucks!!! Wooowww Starbucks!!! So this is how you treat your customers now!!!

Came in to order my usual, (espresso on ice with cold foam (whatever flavor I choose to get)...it's been my go-to drink for 2 years now. The only morning where I got it made incorrectly, I just went back and asked for it to be made again. One of the ladies (older one out of the shift) wasn't amicable at all! Had an instant attitude, tried to tell me what was in my drink, and how I didn't know what I was talking about. I couldn't even talk, so I just said make it the right way. We all know that the whipped cream has very little to no flavor. It's greasy and thicker than any of the other toppings....I will not be returning to this location....I've been in management for restaurants for over 8 years, and military way beyond that. She needs to check her attitude and leave it at home. Also talking negatively about a customer is tacky....you will lose a lot of customers with that toxic behavior if they choose not to participate in such tacky behavior.

I am a driver for DoorDash I am doing door dash for extra money since I am a SINGLE MOTHER I walk in to pick a delivery and I politely ask where it is and a girl with reddish blonde hair and freckles I think her name was amara said “if you cannot wait for your delivery just I assign” I was confused so I just went sat in the lobby which was a mess I saw that there were many other delivery drivers there I sat there in total for 40 minutes I got up one time and saw that my delivery order was in fact ready when I saw the ice was melted and the whip cream aswell and she proceeded say again “if you cannot be patient and wait then just unassign. When someone did starting the orders they randomly stopped. It was horrible experience for everyone all of the dashers could agree. You need to have talk with her specifically because she is extremely rude and dasher at human aswell! I saw at least 6 people there at that time someone could have definitely packaged deliveries.

Best Starbucks in town by far! I usually try to make the drive to go to this specific location each time.
My drinks are always on point and the location is always spotless. The only thing I wish is that it were a larger location for seating as sometimes it gets packed inside.

love the girl with the pink highlights i think her name is natalie, best customer service, great attitude.
I order online and forgot to put no whipped cream on my order. When I told the worker if she can removed my whipped cream because my wife doesn’t like it and also forgot to remove it on my order. She was rude and told me she couldn’t do it because it was an online order. She also was so disrespectful and told me you can have a nice treat on the ride home before giving you wife her drink without whipped cream. I don’t know her name but she has like hot pink highlights.

Very disappointed. Had to pay $15 through the online app that was supposed to come with a discount with my drink. It charged me to reload my starbucks gift card and took money from me. On top of the situation, i arrive at the starbucks to find out my clearly written “Iced” drink was hot.
