I had a mobile order. Online this location shows it closes at 9pm and I even double checked when I drove and arrived to the location and scanned the QR code to verify the hours. The drive thru speaker said they were closed and the workers saw me in the window when I pulled up and ignored me. I called the number for the store and no answer. There was no notice posted of an early closing. I ended up having to leave and call customer service.

Terrible customer service! I left and went to the Starbucks next to metro Diner. They are so much friendlier and dont act like you are a problem for looking at the menu. And sitting in a chair with an attitude is not a good look.
I have ordered delivery 4 times from this store and every single order has either had an item missing or a drink in the wrong size. Do not use this store for delivery.

This Starbucks has been a Family fave since it's been built! We are popular customers with all the Starbucks spots in the area, a few since 2013! The only complaint I have is where it sits. The drive thru is usually backed up onto the road that runs behind it. At times it hinder incoming traffic from the main intersection but it's rare!😁 Service is always good and if there is ever a problem or mixup with the order, it is handled swiftly! Stop by sometime!!!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at this Starbucks location! My family of nine stopped in and placed a large and fairly complex order, and to our surprise, they had everything ready in under 10 minutes — with zero mistakes! The staff was not only efficient, but they welcomed our big group with genuine smiles and a great attitude, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s not easy handling such a large order quickly and correctly, but they handled it like pros. Thank you for the outstanding service — it truly made our day!

It’s 3 on a Thursday and there’s 2 customers sitting inside. 4 employees. And not a single person spoke to me the first 3 minutes and then they’re all just walking around acting like they’re busy. It took me THIRTEEN minutes to get one drink. A caramel frappe. When there’s 4 employees and only 2 customers in here… and they don’t even apologize for the wait and do their best to ignore you. 👍🏼

Probably the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that tells you that you need to make a purchase to sit inside the lobby. Fortunately by the time I was informed, I was actually about the leave but definitely not good business.

I get my Cold Chai tea latte without ice from these 3 Starbucks locations...Starbucks at Cross Creek Mall, Starbucks inside Target, and Starbucks at 2120 Skibo Road down from Wendy's. Well, when I get that Chai cold tea latte, I ALWAYS ask for 12 pumps of that Chai concentrate because 6 pumps (which is the amount they use for a large) is just not enough to taste the Chai. The one at Cross Creek Mall and the one in Target puts that 12 pumps I ask for and I KNOW that pump goes all the way down when they pump it and I know I'm getting 12 of those All The Way Down the container pumps. It comes back darker and more flavorful than the one on Skibo down from Wendy's. Today, I went there to give it one more chance. It was weak in that brown color when they handed it to me and I knew that when they used 12 pumps of that Chai tea concentrate, no way were those pumps pumped all the way down 12 times. They had to have half heartedly pumped the handle like partially going down 12 times and not use full pumps, or they totally forgot I wanted 12 pumps and instead used 6. I don't believe that the person at the speaker actually makes the drinks. And, my cup did say 12 pumps. I think the person who wrote on my cup how I wanted it was not the one who made it. However, they ARE supposed to read the side of the cup. One of 2 things had to have happened....the one who made it used 6 pumps (which is the norm for large), and they just forgot and did 6 out of habit, or, used 12 half heartedly squirted pumps. Their cold Chai tea latte has always been weak compared to Cross Creek Mall's Starbucks Chai latte and Target's Starbucks. Therefore, I will no longer purchase anything at this location anymore. VIVA LA Starbucks' location at Cross Creek Mall and the one in Target. The target one closes at 8pm. Therefore, I will get it at the Mall's location if I want it at night.

Husband and I went in and got our drinks. One of them essentially exploded in our car, it must have been weak plastic or something? No ones fault, just bad luck. We went back inside and asked for another drink (and some napkins) and they replaced it for us eventhough they didn’t have to. They were super nice about it. Thankyou guys!

ALWAYS really good... I have my favorite drink that I only get when my wife has enough stars for a few drink. It's a vanilla bean creme decaf Frappuccino with 4 pumps of hazelnut syrup and it costs about $10 to $11. 😳😁 BUT... It's DELICIOUS!!! 😋 😋

I'm a night nurse and I come to this location all the time before my shifts!! Love the night crew here, they always make it a pleasant stop to start the night off right. Emily was so nice and made a super yummy drink for me when I didn't know what to get after Chesnut Praline was no longer available. Thanks guys!!

So I go to this Starbucks all the time because I moved to this side of town. I always order a venti chai latte with extra pumps of chai. On the app they cap you at 12 pumps. So today I asked if they could add 4 extra pumps of chai to eat one and Emily the manager made me pay $3.25 for chai that is already suppose to be in my drink when everyone else at that store just puts more in it or gives me some on the side at no extra charge. Emily advised me if they couldn’t make my drink right then I should just go to another Starbucks!!! Of course I sent this to the district manager Natauya and waiting to hear back and reported it!!! Keep in mind I spend $400 a month in drinks alone at Starbucks and buy their cups. Fact in point is that everyone at the store does different things and Emily is the only one who told me to go to another Starbucks!!! Wooowww Starbucks!!! So this is how you treat your customers now!!!
