Ordered on the app. Get to store and they could not make the order. Supply shortages. And they would not do a refund. I have to go thru corporate which takes a few days and you deal with AI assistants. So no refund at the store and they would not allow me to reach upper management or the franchise owner. Feels like theft altho I do think I will eventually get my money back. I'd suggest only ordering in person, and bring exact change in cash. And only pay once the food is ready. Make sure you ask if they have the needed ingredients. If there is an issue, you might have to email back and forth with corporate for a few weeks or consider small claims court options or bank actions. Since no refund is available at the store or via the app, this may be a legal infraction in this or most states. CAREFUL, please avoid if at all possible.

Not only was my sandwich absolutely delicious, freshly made, and well put together, the lady who made it was very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with her while she worked.
She told me Subway was not her only job, and to think that she is working two jobs and still so friendly and efficient is very impressive.
It's people like her that make the world go round. Thank you for a delicious meal and a nice conversation.

They even helped guide a new guy in town in the great marsh Fayetteville which is home. Imma come here just to support such a great brand. Just left to get something quick before a meeting. Service was not up to par. The employee Ari I think asked if I was picking up a mobile order and I stated no. After she finished she asked if I was getting a sandwich. Huh?! Yes! She had to go back and get lettuce, the coke was all syrup (didn’t check until I got back to work). I could have drove somewhere and back by the time I as done. Maybe she can’t multitask. Not sure. The old manager that was there was thorough and friendly. Not sure what’s happened.
