The only thing correct on my wife’s sub was the meat. It was missing all of the vegetables added, it only had meat and cheese, and it wasn’t the correct type of cheese. My sub had vegetables I didn’t ask for. Both sub sandwiches had an ungodly amount of salt and pepper on them. Don’t order ahead from here if you want enjoyable food.

Did a pickup order...Customer Service was below average...no greeting, no acknowledgement until pickup handoff. Bought a couple of sandwiches, protein bowl, salad bowl, and kid's sandwich was cheated out of portions for all. Been to plenty of different locations so I know how much is supposed to be served. Would NOT recommend this location AT ALL.

The bread was really hard and the lady tried to blame it on the new baking pan and that’s a lie because I eat subway almost everyday and plus she was on the phone the whole time making my sandwich -10/10

There is an elderly lady who always opens on Saturdays and does not know how to work with customer service and does cross-contamination. I went 3 weeks ago for my order that I had made online and she changed my bread to a spicy one just because she got confused. When I go to my car to eat I realize taking a bite of the sandwich that it was spicy and I proceed to go to her because I suffer from gastritis and I can't eat spicy. To which she replies that I only had that bread and the white bread that I could change to white bread and I kindly tell her that it was fine since I just wanted my order and leave. She proceeds to remove the meat already bitten from the spicy bread and put it on the other bread. When I see her I'm silly because that's cross-contamination where I had bitten that bread and she put it where there were other orders and also put it to heat with other sandwiches. I left and I was totally disappointed. Today my husband He makes an order online and I tell him that I have a free cookie for my birthday that I'm going to order. He tells her and she says that nothing has come to her. Next to the cookie I ordered a pizza and she says she can't give us the cookie. We show her receipt and everything and she who can't give us the cookie and doesn't give us reasons or anything and she didn't have them either because they had cookies available. It makes my husband's time waste like 25 minutes and she just said that she couldn't give us the cookie that we could already go very rude. If you work for customer service You have to be nice and explain why you couldn't give us the cookie since it's because you don't feel like it or because you can't. But don't be rude to the people who pay your salary because we as customers are going to spend our money so that they can pay you. If we don't go, they close the store and you'll be out of work. Last time I visit that place. A horrible experience.

Completely unsanitary the owner was making my sandwich then proceeded to do other tasks in the same gloves and return to my sandwich and this was the OWNER i would not recommend even the regular employee are more sanitary completely disgusting and this was right in my face I can only imagine how she handles online orders

Will not be returning! I let the owner know there was visible mold the time before last covering the ice machine. Each time I go in I have a bad experience! The owner sits there staring at you while you eat making me uncomfortable! No one smiles and are clearly miserable. Pushed us to the side to check others out before us when I was waiting to pay at the register.

That was rough, the employee didn’t know what they were doing. I couldn’t hear anything they were saying. The work station was a mess, they kept skipping people in the line. I had said I wanted just my meat heated and they clearly didn’t know how to do that. Then they tried to put the cheese in the meat to hear it, and I said for a 5th time just the meat heated. When it came to put the toppings on… they would put so little amount on. And when asked for more they would put the tiniest amount on. Then I asked for a sauce. The sauce was clearly empty and instead on going in the back and getting more or asking someone where it would be they looked at me like “what do you want me to do” when I asked for more they shook the bottle squeezed it and nothing came out and they set it down and moved on. Now I can understand a new employee and not knowing their way around. That’s completely understandable and no issue with that. Where the issue comes if you know they are new someone needs to be guiding them as a trainer. Not letting them loose and clearly struggling. It’s not fair to the customer or the employee!

we went in to order 5 sandwichs nothing crazy one guy set the bread up and walked away told another guy to do he came over high I believe refused to take our order and took the guy behind us some older lady came to do our sandwiches higher than the other guy stopped mid sandwich (first sandwich) to get cookies which the oven never beeped (I’ve worked for subway) she tried to put it on the cooling rack for a good 10 min while nodding out!!!!! she was slurring her words we couldn’t even make out what she was saying when we looked for another worker they all were in the back and the poor man behind us was still waiting for his 1 sandwich I ended up walking out!! and she was nodded off in the cooling rack with the cookies I will be reporting this location to headquarters

Always are professional every morning I go. There is one lady who is always there alone. Sometimes things are forgotten on my mobile order but she fixes them right away. If there is another employee they are just so sweet and nice.
