I use to hate coming to this subway because the last manager was just so bad at her job and the way she talked to her employees was disgusting but after going there tonight I am glad I went and will be going back more and more Omar was definitely a great guy to talk and can tell he wants the store to thrive and with him in charge I know they are headed in the right direction of turning the store completely around destined for success

What amazing customer service my son and I received from Naj. Greeted us with a smile and eye contact as we walked in. Carried on pleasant conversation. Very very impressed and will be back! Give Naj a raise bc it is so very hard to find this level of customer service and you need to get her!!!

They been bought out by two brothers. They are the nicest people I have seen in that subway since it opened. They are serving BREAKFAST again. Place is clean, fully stocked. Keep it up

I’m really impressed with the changes at this Subway under the new management! The difference is noticeable—the service is quicker, the staff is more welcoming, and the overall atmosphere feels much more inviting.
You can really see the effort they’re putting into making this a great place to grab a meal. The restaurant is clean and well-organized.

I went in at 350 pm on 09/14/2024 to get a sub while I'm door dashing and was refused service by a small black woman. The other employee was taking out trash and asked aren't you gonna get the customer and she said no so I walked out.

I recently had an unexpectedly pleasant experience at my local Subway, thanks to an employee named Justin. Normally, I’ve found the service there to be somewhat lackluster, but Justin truly made a difference.
From the moment I walked in, Justin greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly "Hello." His positive energy was infectious, immediately improving my mood. Throughout the ordering process, he was attentive and patient, ensuring that every ingredient was added exactly as I wanted. His sandwich-making skills were impressive, and he clearly took pride in his work, crafting my sub with care and precision.
What stood out most was Justin's attention to detail and customer service. He engaged in light conversation, making the wait time feel much shorter. When I mentioned that I was in a bit of a hurry, he efficiently prepared my meal without compromising quality.
In a place where good service can sometimes be hit or miss, Justin's exceptional service was a breath of fresh air. He turned what is often a mundane experience into a highlight of my day. If every visit to Subway were like this, I'd be a much more frequent customer. Kudos to Justin for his outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction!
