Hey everyone I’m sorry for yall service when it came to subway I’m very sorry but we are under management. We also take coupons nd doing sub of the month 12 ft sub for 6.99. U also get a free cookie when u get a sub.

Out of several things we tried to order. Started to order drinks with our subs and was told they were all flat. Wouldn't have ordered if we had known they didn't have drinks. Had to take food home. Usually have good service. Hope it was just a fluke today.

Spent 45 minutes ordering 3 footlong subs, 4 drinks, and 8 cookies that ended up costing me $49 and change. I was charged for "The Philly" even though I ordered a regular steak and cheese and was told that because they are independently owned they charge you for what is closest on their menu to what you order. I tried ordering my food as combos and was told they don't do combos that everything is charged separately, again because they are independently owned. My son's FOOTLONG ham sub had 3 pieces of ham. My daughters' FOOTLONG ham and turkey had 3 pieces each of ham and turkey. I will never get food from this Subway again.

Online order: Definitely didn't put what I asked for on the sub. Their was NO LETTUCE NO TOMATOES, NO OIL, NO RED WINE VINEGAR. This sub mise well be empty. Will not be coming back here. Definitely look at the reviews

This place is absolutely disgusting. The manager was very rude, only one employee was somewhat kind, the manger gave free food to people of her choice i guess they were Friends/family i think its very unprofessional of her to do that especially infront of customers. The photo below is absolutely disgusting this place is disgusting i do NOT recommend at all. Very disappointed in you subway…

This is the worst subway ever! They are out of half the stuff every time I have gotten things from there on multiple occasions. Inperson and door dash. Don’t go there! To clarify subway off Waldo Beach Rd.

I’d put a 0 star rating if I could. It’s hard to make a sub when you have employees high as a kite. I walked in and dude was on high phone and then hopped up to make my sub. He asked what kind of sub I wanted like 3 times and I thought maybe he couldn’t hear me but then he proceeded to toast my sub as I requested. He then couldn’t find any of the sauces I was asking for and told me that they didn’t offer Italian or buffalo sauce and I’ve gotten both for my whole life. He rang me up and then forgot that he already rang me up and tried to charge my for my food a second time. When I left I checked my food to find that the sub was never toasted bc he forgot to actually toast it I I had freezing cold chicken. I’ll never be coming here again. There is a reason jersey mikes, firehouse, any other sub place is better and it starts with halfway decent employees who knows how to find a sauce and press a button.

Google says they’re open 10am-11pm every day of the week and that this was verified 1 week ago by the business itself. The sign on the door says they close at 10pm Sun-Thu. But they were closed and cleaning up at 9pm on Wednesday 5/8/24. Disappointed in the inaccuracy.

Never go here.I’ve given the Subway at Waldo’s Beach Rd. too many chances to redeem their poor food quality, customer service, and general atmosphere. DO NOT order from this location. You’ll regret it. The bread is hard. The meats are disgusting. The vegetables are borderline rotting. Looks like the management is hiring anyone that’s willing to be present just to keep the doors open. They will not refund you anything and the official Subways App is not able to assist with any disputes. You actually have to claim disputes for refunds with your bank. Do not try to get cash back. Subway Corporate should get involved and fix this location.I’m never returning and I’ll discourage everyone around me to never go.

Under staffed. Staff members untrained and unable to assist customers. Manager is rude and leaves the store with untrained staff alone. I will never patronize this location again.

The workers and the manager LIly at this location is horrible. They served us hard bread and when I brought it back they was aware that it was hard and told me they could not touch any bread. I asked the young lady for a refund she said she did not know how to do it because she just started. She called her manager Lily and she told her to tell me to just dispute it with my bank. Very unprofessional and horrible. The young lady continued to roll her eyes and was very rude. Something should definitely be done about this place. Highly do not recommend

*DOES NOT TAKE COUPONS*The staff is always very nice every time I come in. The store is clean, and the food is good. However, they don’t take coupons. Not the end of the world because who uses coupons anymore. Well since the spring sports season has picked back up, we must eat out a lot and we are trying to save a bit when doing it. Apparently, this store is a franchise owned store. They have the “option” to accept or not accept coupons. Corporate owned stores all take coupons. Stores at Wal-Mart and gas stations are corporate owned stores. There is one of those such stores 3.1 miles away in Hope Mills.If you want to use coupons don’t come to this store. But if you don’t have one or just don’t care, the people are nice and you will get a good sub sandwich without waiting in lines.
