It’s 6:11pm. I’ve been standing here 10 minutes and the girl is just cleaning. 2 more people behind me. One girl working. Felt bad for her. Like it’s peak hours. Why are cleaning the bottom of the cooler out. Not sure if management will see this. You all need an adult here at nigh or another person.

This Subway is always disappointing. Thought we would give them another try. Worst than ever. Employees were told they could leave early because of storm coming.They just threw ingredients on bread without asking. Wrapped them up. Did not ask if we wanted anything else. Told us total and said bye. Very rude as ever other time. Will not ever go back to this location. Will go to Jersey Mike's.

For the very first time, I have to leave a negative review for this location Subway ? ?
I had an online order for 1 footlong tuna with extra tuna on flatbread. My sub wasn't on flatbread and didn't have the extra tuna that I expected...(You can tell when you've eaten at a place for a long time, just what your sandwich should look like!)
I think I might stick with Cliffdale Plaza location. I pray I get my order right next time. My husband told me to open the wrapper and make sure it's right before leaving next time!
I'm really disappointed ? I expected a sub made to my liking and didn't receive it.

Met the new owners while having lunch today. My sub and pretzel were delicious and they couldn’t have been more friendlier. Even saw them and their daughters cleaning the tables and moping the floors making sure the restaurant was clean. Will be back for sure.

Every time we order here online, they always seem to half make the sandwiches. This time we ordered 2 foot longs…we had no mayo, no mustard, no banana peppers or vinegar and oil. I want what I pay for. Next time, I guess I’ll have to go in and supervise them making our food??♀️??♀️ very poor customer service. Idk who the manager is but you need to teach staff to read and follow directions.. y’all have one job and tht is to get the order right…

I placed a mobile order yesterday which was very simple and user friendly. But oh my God our food was terrible! I have eaten at this location in the past and have had no issue. But I guess the staff didn’t feel like working on this day. Ordered 2 foot long subs and they were cold and did not taste fresh. I got the Great Garlic and there was nothing great about it. Barely had meat to taste and zero garlic flavor. My partner had The Outlaw and it was just as bad. Lacked favor and just a piss poor job of sandwich making. Highly do NOT recommend! The cookies are always good Lol.
