Met the new owners while having lunch today. My sub and pretzel were delicious and they couldn’t have been more friendlier. Even saw them and their daughters cleaning the tables and moping the floors making sure the restaurant was clean. Will be back for sure.

Every time we order here online, they always seem to half make the sandwiches. This time we ordered 2 foot longs…we had no mayo, no mustard, no banana peppers or vinegar and oil. I want what I pay for. Next time, I guess I’ll have to go in and supervise them making our food??‍♀️??‍♀️ very poor customer service. Idk who the manager is but you need to teach staff to read and follow directions.. y’all have one job and tht is to get the order right…

I placed a mobile order yesterday which was very simple and user friendly. But oh my God our food was terrible! I have eaten at this location in the past and have had no issue. But I guess the staff didn’t feel like working on this day. Ordered 2 foot long subs and they were cold and did not taste fresh. I got the Great Garlic and there was nothing great about it. Barely had meat to taste and zero garlic flavor. My partner had The Outlaw and it was just as bad. Lacked favor and just a piss poor job of sandwich making. Highly do NOT recommend! The cookies are always good Lol.

This Subway location does not close until 10. My husband and I walked up at 9:30 to place an order and the door was locked. There was a guy in the store mopping and we tried getting his attention, but he continued to wave us off until we left.

I arrived 20 minutes before they closed & though online it says they close at 10, I walked in several minutes before then and the door was locked & the 2 men in there were mopping the floor waving me off. If they want to close before the posted time, they need to change it online so customers don’t waste their time driving there for business.

If I could rate this location zero stars i would. It is such a dirty location. Not to mention the employees are absolutely rude. None of them want to work and get mad every time someone walks in. They spit all over your food while they’re talking to one another and completely ignore you as you place your order. They scoop the food that falls off the dirty counters and place it on your sub. Best part is they also drop your sub on the floor and if you dare ask for them to make you a new one, they’ll yell at you and snap at you and refuse to make you a new one. There is literally a subway inside the walmart in the same plaza. Trust me when I say don’t come to this location, go to the walmart one. Oh and don’t bring your kids to this location, they aren’t only rude to adults but to children as well.

9541 Cliffdale Rd., Fay. NCPerson who acted like manger was very unpleasant & ticked off about a special online order. She told me that I'd have to go to the back of the line to order it - we were the only customers in the store, so that was kind of moot. The sandwiches were poorly assembled & not even wrapped; she just tossed them into the bag on the paper they were built on. I did not see her do this, so the filling fell out into the bottom of the bag. She seemed quite irritated at the online order itself; I guess Subway Corp doesn't reimburse franchisees for online specials? IDK... She said I have to make special orders in person, but they do not take ANY coupons. We paid online and my husband still put cash in their tip box. She watched him do this and still shoved the unwrapped sandwiches in the bag....It seemed to be me who she was ticked of with, because my hubby's sandwich, which was the pickier one, was made ok (still fell apart, but at least the right stuff). All the tomatoes were cut a couple days prior, so they were mushy (not over ripe). I requested 'light' onions but big, thick, chunky slices and pieces were loaded on and tasted almost spoiled. 'Extra' black olives were laid on like they were gold coins, so I got about 8 slices of olives.We have had problems with this location for a while now, so this was the last time I'm going there.

This location made one of the best subway sandwiches (and I've had tons) that I've ever had. The lovely employees working had a very welcoming persona and took care in placing everything on the sub in an ordered manner. 10/10!! Or in this case, 5 stars!! :D

There’s are entirely too many flies in here for a Sandwich spot. I do like that they are aware and covered the sandwiches while making and even have a lil lift up too thing where the meats come from … service was good, just disgusting by having to constantly swat flies

Went there today with my sister we both ordered 6in subs. Two different sandwich artists made our orders. Robin made my sisters order which was a philly steak, she was rushing & did a very sloppy job. We were the only two people in there at the time, no was was waiting the whole time our sandwiches were being made. She was adding tomatoes, dropped one & tossed it so she proceeded to make the sandwich with ONE tomato. So I began to start my order with Sharee, she did a great job on my turkey sub very neat & evenly dressed. She took her time, she was the sweetest ! & she gave me extra tomatoes on the side for my sisters sub! Loved her service. Robin on the other hand, sucksss.

I went in to the restaurant I was on the phone waiting in line. I ask my person to hold on and place them on hold, before the guy even ask for my sandwich he is still helping another customer. He sees me holding the phone before I can even tell him what I want he said I can't service you while on the phone. I said sir I have placed them on hold literally! You didn't even greet me! Then he is telling customers about the new changes in the company because of the new CEO! Talking about how sandwiches are preset and if customers don't like it they don't have to come to subway. This is not customer service. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and dealt with nasty people. That put a bad taste in my mouth about the new CEO and about this company. Won't go back!
