Lady didn’t even know what a cold cut sandwich was. Didn’t know how to ring up the meal of the day. Tried to overcharge me. Took forever to make my sandwhich and ring me up. Literally was sitting there at the register waiting to be rung up for 8 minutes it felt like as she stared at the screen. Train your employees better. Couldn’t even get the two sandwich’s for 10.99 because I’m one person and it’s one per person? That’s actually the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Management here is obviously cheap (hints why there no napkins or lids and you have to ask for them) I’d avoid.

Rude old lady moving slow and coughing over the food but wants to get an attitude with DoorDash drivers. Lucky I didn't take those sandwiches and smack you with them.

requesting for a new change in manager! her attitude, her way of ignoring her workers after so many attempts to reach her, her constant smoking and loud outside conversations give the place a bad look especially when the smell follows her in.

The drink machine has 9 options … BUT ONLY ONE WORKS. The other eight options have a permanent marker X drawn across the drink label. The ONE and ONLY fountain drink available was Diet Coke. That worked for me … BUT my husband asked for iced tea. 3 dispensers for flavored teas and one aluminum tea dispenser were all empty and just sitting there at the beverage counter.
The other option for a beverage is bottled drinks in a drink cooler cabinet. The ONE fountain drink was $1.99. The bottled drink was $2.59. My husband had no resort but to choose the bottled drink at a much higher cost.
NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. This location is a bad representation for subway.
New management has really changed the vibes here. Love the new team! The hard work they put in to turning this place around is very much noticed and appreciated!
Loved the remodel and the new feeling of the SUBWAY freshness easy ordering now number one number 18 you can’t forget breakfast all day side of soup six raspberry cookies and now fountain Mountain Dew yes please just wanted the staff to be a little bit more knowledgeable about their new refresh transitioning
Worst Walmart Ever!!! NOBODY in Electronics For 20mins, After Trying to Get Attention...Went 2 Buy Four Flat Screens, & Sound Bars, & Phones...Went 2 The Subway to Buy some time, & Manager in Subway Was Very Rude, & Even Started Cursing at Me...Worst Experience Ever 5/23/24...Before Lunch...She Was Also Throwing Bread at Me, When all I Asked for Was Tha LIGHTEST One...Never Experienced Such Poor Customer Service Ever, & Definitely Not in Subway....Poor Example for a Manager IN FRONT other Workers/Employees
Please ensure when you have a customer in front of you that you take headphones out of your ears and listen to the customer so they do not have to repeat themselves 3 or 4 times.
Ensure you acknowledge your customer and don’t just stare away from them while putting on gloves.

Ordered delivery which was problem the problem since I can’t see them making my food but I had a steak egg and cheese that was egg and a pinch of steak and received a cookie that was probably in the oven since yesterday.

Is it expecting too much to have an online order of 3 subs being ready 45 minutes after placing… on a Sunday morning with no crowd? Really piss poor service!The whole purpose of placing an online order and showing up 45 minutes later is so I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes in the shop. ?and I gave a 15% tip? ??

I brought 4 subs and 3 of the 4 were burnt from being toasted? I'm not a rocket scientist but I know in training you learn to properly toast people's food and not mess it up and to make it worse you can't get a refund after I spent more then 30 dollars with you guys it's ridiculous.. either everybody needs retraining or you need to be shut down

The owner is a self righteous self centered individual the owners daughter is a straight up Crack head 20 something yrs old looks like a skeleton 60 yr old and the previous store manager is a sick individual who like to cough on everyone's food and everyone with no remorse

Just went to location for lunch last week and it almost made me throw up. The bread was super hard (flaked when you squeezed it) , even though they told me it was fresh. Tried eating it without the top of the bread, but it tasted funny. Turns out the ham was bad (bad taste and smell). I tried contacting the location, but no one ever picks up. I ordered an Italian BMT, not cooked. Store 48633-0, Fayetteville, NC. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this location, just the first time I've complained about it, since things are continuing to go downhill at this location.
