I don’t leave reviews but these employees deserve it. Me and my friend go here a lot after work and the 3 guys who work in the afternoon deserve a raise. Not only do they care to know your order before you even walk in when you’re a regular, but they genuinely have humorous personality’s while working making your experience so much better. Out of all the subways in Fayetteville, they definitely give you your moneys worth when it comes to making your sandwiche. And when it comes to toppings they are always fresh. I hope this review gives these employees a raise or at least some recognition!!

If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered online around 8:15 & it said it was confirmed with order to be done around 8:40. The App says online orders stop around 8:30pm and the store closes at 9pm. I arrive at the store around 8:38pm. There were about 3-4 people inside the store with their phones out with one dancing and the others talking. The one with the Subway shirt and hat put up their hand signaling that they were closed. I go on the app and it said my order was canceled/voided. Drive around to leave there was a car parked in the drive thru, too. Highly upsetting and never had a problem during the day but considering the reviews this isn’t a first time problem. Closing shift sucks and management doesn’t seem to know or better yet care.

Update: I checked my emails around 8:58 and had I done so earlier, I would’ve known that my order was canceled at 8:25pm and I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here.

2nd time I ordered from there and things missing on sandwiches..when you call no one ever pick up phone or they are always in a rush when they make your food or cleaning up early to leave when store closes. We came before the store closed(8:23) and still got bad service You ask for certain things and they do the opposite.. I honestly don't know how none of them aren't fired yet..I live in the neighborhood but go there no more..Your money and Service at this location is not valued.

I’m literally here at 8:19 watching the guy in the building purposely not answer the drive-through speaker and the lobby is closed so you can’t go inside. He’s literally looking at me and not trying to give me service. I promise I’m calling the higher ups on him.

i’ve been there a few times now and every time it seems like the employees are getting worse, like seriously i ordered today and the lady didn’t even say anything she just starred at me and my husband… and me and my husband asked for extra ranch and mayo and neither of which were added before she folded them and i was like okay fine food cost i understand i have some at home but like it was super dry so im not sure what’s going on but ya even tho its close to us, we just gonna go to another location because this store is just not it in any way. so if you want subway go to another location if you want anything. subway should be quick and easy not someone starting at you expecting you to read their mind or someone taking a phone call while taking your order.

Leave ppl In line waiting and never come to the speaker or window. - such a shame someone opened a business and they have these “workers” representing them. Pitiful- this location needs to be closed and the workers sent to job camp

Drive thru menu looks horrible, you can barely see the menu because it's so old and dirty. No one talke to me on the drive thru, when I finally falked to the guy kn the window he told me he was the only one working so I left because he was busy taking care of the orders inside. Overall bad service, go somewhere else.

I ordered (2) orders of pepperoni deepens and they didn't even gave me the dipping sauce that I asked for, when I picked up my order I asked him if everything was in the bag and he said yes, but the dipping sauce wasn't in the bag when I got home, very disappointing

Ordered online and pulled up to the window. The employees kept making awkward eye contact but wouldn’t open it. Finally after 5+ minutes one asked what we wanted. Toppings were all wrong too. Order time 8:30pm Aug 19th.

As I and my husband entered the restaurant, we did not get greeted. One girl was on her cell phone, a guy was sitting on the counter top talking with another employee I guess with his cell phone in hand. As my husband and I placed our order, wanted to try the churro, the guy proceeded to jump off counter and went and got my churro, I then canceled my order he didn’t wash his hands nor had on gloves! I ask for the manager but they said they were out of town. I will NEVER go to that establishment ever again!! Totally unacceptable!!!

Pulled into the drive through for a friend at 2044hrs... The male voice said, "we are currently closed".... I do understand that the workers want to get home to their families, but if you close at 2100 hrs, then that's the time you stop serving your customers...!!! Poor customer service...SMH
