The employees DO NOT care how they prepare food at this establishment. Equipment is not working so they have been instructed to microwave the products...TIME TEMP CONTROL ISSUES.
The manager ASHLEY is so rude and narcissistic, as I was standing in line with my father ordering with another person she rudely takes the bread and shouts “whose order is this!”seven times as if I didn’t respond, mind you there’s only three of us in the subway her, another employee (who was super nice), my dad, me and another customer. When I asked for mozzarella cheese she rolled her eyes and STILL gave me the wrong cheese. No offense but you can’t be mean and heavy, pick a struggle. it’s not my fault you’ve had a rough life, treat people the way you want to be treated.

Good ingredients employees though haughty and somewhat arrogant they listen and put the sandwiches together well
Drove all the way here just for them to be closed a hour early! PLEASE UPDATE THE HOURS OR AT LEAST HAVE A SIGN stating that yall aren’t open until 10 like the other locations!

I am/was a regular customer at the subway on Cliffdale, within the past month 2 things have changed my mind. The first time there was no bread. They were cooking some and only had 6in white left. I figured it was a one off, today the same thing happened there was only foot long white left (I like wheat) but I ordered, the bread turned out to be stale. Found out that one shift was not cooking bread. While edible I did not enjoy the stale bread. I’m going to give them 6 months before I try again.

We got two subs from them last night the bread was old and hard. It had real dark looking color to it. the manager ASHLEY going to tell her employee to have us bring the subs back ma’am why would you want the nasty old subs back. Basically your content with your location selling old bread. They will not ever get our money again. I advise people to not eat at that location unless you like old bread. And your sub not made correctly the girl put the toppings on the bottom of the bread and put the meat on top of the toppings.

I usually don’t do bad reviews for places but the darker complexion woman upfront at this location a gives off having an attitude when you walk in no greeting or nothing but can stare at me in my face I politely turned right back around to spend my hard earned money elsewhere yall need better employees… then my first option was to go through drive thru nobody answered the mic which is why I came in to begin with and I walk into people giving me stank stares get it together Subway!
This is nothing towards the workers they did a great job and I'm very thankful for the promptness of my food. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's getting hot out and the company hasn't fixed the AC issue like what is wrong with the owner or subway as a corporation.

One of the employees Caleb made me the most delectable sandwich known to man. Perfectly made 1000000/10. Most times my sandwich is too loaded to close, not this time. Wrapped up beautifully. Will be devoured in .5 seconds. Edit. Couldn’t take a photo is already gone.

Won't do online order. You find this out by placing the order and when you go to pick up, there is no order. When asked, they tell you then. They don't do pickup orders either. The drive thru is a joke. On more than one occasion, with myself and others, they just leave you there. No hold on, please. No sign stating the deive thru is closed.Nothing. If you can't staff a business, then please close it down. This is a busy location and there is no reason you should just have 1-2 employees. Not fair to them, or customers.

My past two experiences here haven’t been the best, 12/26/24 walked in my order wasn’t ready the lady had an attitude with me and the other employee who was working alongside with her. One of my sandwiches didn’t have all the condiments on it. Be sure if you’re ordering here to do it in person and not online.

This particular location really catered to me! They (She, whom I suspect to be the manager), was super nice and patient, and didn't put my sandwich together sparingly. She asked very direct questions, and added each ingredient as if a Grown Man was eating. My sub came out Perfect! I was impressed through the entire process. Thanks for Your Professionalism!!!
