My order was delicious. I ordered a chicken salad with extra chicken. The bowl has a nice size. The overall portion of the salad is worthy. The amount of extra chicken I paid for was on point. The chicken also had a nice temperature it wasn't hot or cold. It was just right.The dressing was enough to have in every bite. I'm not sure who prepared my salad, but they did an awesome job. I haven't been to Subway in a very long time and coming back has had me to come again and maybe be a regular. Thank and please keep up the good work.
I walked in on Saturday, Feb 3 at around 5pm and they refused to make my order because they said they were no longer accepting coupons. The ladies working were very rude and I felt unwelcome eating here.

I worked here for years . I had amazing coworkers (Ms.Brenda and Shania, Jen and ben) but the owner is unprofessional. He fired me an my sister with no legitimate reason. He does not know how to run his business, Does not give the proper pay raises. He an his ex wife embezzle money from both stores and that’s why he got rid of me and my sister because we were catching onto money missing. This location was ran right but his other store is disgusting.

This store and the other subway by foodlion off raeford and cliffdale are horrible. I've found they both have the same owner. What a great business model this person must have cause I've never been treated the way I have before than dealing with these two locations for food I mean seriously.

I had ordered a BMT on an Italian herb and cheese bread for my dinner from work when I got back to work my sandwich have fell apart because the sandwich was soggy the bread was hard and I couldn't even eat it normally when I go to this place they make my sandwich good I called several times to see if they can fix my sandwich but the manager was never there or they didn't answer the phone so about this being said they have lost

My daughter ordered online on 08/28/2023 got to Subway on 6900 Cliffdale Rd they claim my daughter was not received but yet the money was taken from her bank account and then they going tell us there nothing they can do about the money been taken. There was two workers in a white lady and black lady working that shift they were veryyyyyyy disrespectful towards me and my daughter. Please do not order online because they will take your money then when my daughter tried to contact customer service no one answered. Please do not order from Subway at all

First of all, I always order online anywhere I go. I like ordering and by the time I arrive, my food is ready.My Mom and I ate here on April 11, 2023, and they are always nice and on the spot! I never have to wait for them. They give a short window, which is nice for people like me who have little to no patience. Most places are 30 min window..here it's 10-15 minutes and I like that!Our food was good and right. Thanks ✌?

Check ya receipts because they told me total was $19.07 and they charged me there own tip w/0 my knowledge of $3.43 and made it $22.50 without telling me what they charged me for smdh will be talking to manager in the morning

Christina was super nice and patient with my 3 year old while she was picking food and her chips, my daughter said she made her the best meatball sub haha! The whole time we've been in here she has just been getting stuff done and being really polite and saying hi to everybody!Whoever the red head is though, has just been sitting on her phone with Christina has been getting everything done, replacing food, cleaning windows, etc.
