Ordered a steak and cheese sub and asked the peppers and onions be toasted on the sub so that they were "cooked". Got sub and left only to open and think these don't look cooked. Picked up a pepper and sure enough it was just as crunchy and cold as can be. So picked up a onion which was also cold. Took the sub back and before I could even ask for a refund he says I can't give you one bc I seen him toast the veggies on the sub.I tell him they are still cold and crunchy. The manager refuses a refund which I paid cash for and tells me if I want to talk to the boss to leave a review here. So here I am. Only asked for refund bc I didn't have time to wait for another to be made being that my son had an post operation appointment in 5 mins and I already had to waste my time coming back since my veggies were still cold and crunchy. I left the sub with your manager bc I don't eat uncooked onions or peppers.
So will the boss of this particular restaurant please reach out me to about this issue. Ive been to many other subway locations and never had a problem with my pepper or onions being cold still after being toasted.

Bought 3 subs tonight (10/17) and not one was correct… asked for extra mayo on a sub, they gave me no mayo. Asked for jalapeños on another, they gave no jalapeños. Asked for chipotle sauce on the steak & cheese , they put no chipotle sauce. How do you mess up every sandwich, when the receipt even shows it correctly? Prices are getting too high to have workers that can’t even make a sandwich correctly. I would have had them correct it but the two guys working seemed like they were in the weeds or something so didn’t even bother. This location used to be decent.

Crystal when making my husband’s sandwich was throwing it around yesterday. Very rude and disrespectful with a nasty attitude.
Quite literally the first ever Subway I've seen with a drive-thru! I'm sure there's a lot more of them, but this was new for me!That said, it might surprise you to know that I did not actually use the drive-thru, and I went inside. It was pretty late at night, so I had the whole place to myself!The service and food were wonderful! They even had the new footlong pretzel item, after a few unsuccessful attempts to find this at other locations!

Went in no one up front when the guy did come out didn't greet us or even make eye contact just said what can I get you. We placed our order and a second guy came in the first guy told him to get drive thru as our subs were being made still no talking to us. Presented a bogo coupon as we made sure not to order one that was excluded when the First guy rang us up he said oh we been having problems with that sub not working with the coupon I asked is that one listed in the exclusions he said no didn't offer any solution other than oh it's not working and proceeded to ring up as regular priced subs and I didn't really have the money to spend hence bringing in the coupon. Paid full price for both subs $24.00 & some change. The who transaction was just unprofessional and I was dissatisfied compley

Perfect location for the hospital staff to grab a healthy meal. If You are not familiar with the location, You may have complications locating the parking lot in the rear. Quiet, reserved location.

I order some subs tonight for my family and on my sub, I had asked for oregano and I guess he heard mayo and instead of making me a whole new sub since he messed up, he scrapes the mayo off like it was no big deal. If it were me, I would have made the customer a whole new sub cause what if I was allergic or something. I felt that wasn’t right and it really made me mad.
