I didn’t eat here I came for an interview and she hired me right away I told her after she hired me about how I lost my ID right before or alittle before I knew I had the interview she didn’t ask for it before I was hired or tell me much about if I needed anything so soon as she tell me I cannot be hired and only have one day to get the ID which was impossible I got frustrated and told her to not hire without looking at ID Social Anything Because she lied to me and said they are not hiring anymore but they really was If I wasn’t fit you could’ve been professional and explained that she also cursed at the interview I didn’t say oh I’m goin to complain on you or do the most … but keep goin good with your business I am not a trouble maker I’m just a grown women who was spoken to like a child

The only thing I can rate her is the service. Sat at the drive in 12 minutes, no one ever came on the intercom to acknowledge me or my husband. We were the only one at drive thru finally pulled up to window only one person inside placing a order. Seen two employees one finally came to the window and I started to say my order. The employee told my husband he needed to back up to the speaker to give our order, we told her we thought the speaker was broke because we sat there for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. She still proceeded to tell my husband to back up to the speaker we drove off. This is the second time this has happened to us. The last time same thing sat at drive thru for over 10 minutes no one in drive thru went up to window employee came up I asked her if their intercom was broke she said no and I needed to back up to place my order that day I was by myself and I did and placed an order. This time my husband was not going to have it for the second time. This will be the last time we will use this subway. I will be giving my money to Baldino's on Old Fort Bragg Road. It's sad this use to be a great subway but it just doesn't care about their customers anymore. I will be letting my employees and friends know not to use this Subway. And the sad thing is they probably don't even care.. Very disappointed customer.. .
