Before ordering a footlong turkey, I showed the employee my coupon to see if they honored it. He said yes. After ordering the sandwich the employee on the register said, because they used ranch dressing they did not honor the coupon and charged me $13.19. The employee was argumentative and started making a scene in front of other people. After I paid, I left because it was embarrassing. I will not be returning to this location.

Matthew the young man working here is a wonderful employee his customer service skills are phenomenal as well as his sandwich making skills alone with the way he was able to multitask and made two foot long in a timely manner is amazing … he deserves a raise and I’ve never had any issue at this subway great place

Never got my food because a stale egg and cheese said 11.49 watched her charge me for bacon I didn’t have and charge me 13.99 for a lunch Philly stake so just for a stake egg and cheese with mayo it was going to cost 16$ no thank you because board says 11.49

I was in this store to pick up a sandwich for a friend that works right next door who might I add is pregnant. I waited in line the server act like she had and attitude or was having a bad day. At my turn I explained that I was picking up an order for the girl next door so I said the name the server said that's not the name of who placed the order so I went next door to get the name and order right after doing so I then went back to subway mind you again right next door. Gave her the name and order I said the name a few times cause I didn't want to get the wrong order. The server began to speak in an unprofessional way. Saying I heard you you don't have to say it again with a few curse words. With other customers in the store... I'm from Philadelphia and this was my first bad experience in Fayetteville North Carolina. The heavy set young lady with no name tag should find a job where she can talk to people like that.

This subway does not put enough of the different vegetables on subs. You have to keep asking to put more on the subs. If you are paying your money, you shouldn't have to ask to add more.

Absolutely the worst subway in Fayetteville I woudnt even come here if I was one of the people loitering outside of it. The lady working the window is the rudest employee I have ever witnessed at a Subway. I wanted to eat fresh but instead I left with a sour taste in my mouth. 0/5 stars if I could.
