Ordered two sandwiches online one toasted one knot had difficulties ordering online when order went through. Could not change the pick up time. Proceeded to call the restaurant took them 45 minutes and 30 tries to answer the phone when they did they proceed to tell me that the order was already made and I said I will not be able to pick it up until 5 o’clock. I placed the order at 2:30 PM. I told the lady as soon as I placed the order I tried to call and your phone kept ringing and then sends me to some message to put in a pin to login. She proceeds to tell me that they were busy and couldn’t answer the phone. I said well how is that My fault where it takes 10 seconds to answer the phone. I’m not gonna pick up my order yet. She says OK it’ll be ready at 5 o’clock. Get there at 5 o’clock. My toasted sandwich is the same sandwich she made at 2:30. I asked her ma’am I know this is the same sandwich from earlier. She proceeds to say no we just made it 15 minutes ago mind you the sandwich with ice cold, absolute waste of money And the fact that she didn’t attempt to make the sandwich over and lie to me in my face is very unprofessional and disgusting. No customer service etiquette or just common courtesy at all.

At least one person behind the counter should have a good grasp of the English language, you'd think! I had to repeat my order 3x's and after leaving discovered it was still wrong. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future...

Crooked Paradox
This is the quintessential mom and pop shop. If you like Subway but have had bad experiences with other locations in town, try these guys. They make consistent sandwiches that have always been accurate and they offer a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. If I had one wish, it'd be that they had a drive thru but their quality is worth walking in for.

This is the worst subway in Fayetteville the owner is so slow it’s make no sense at all. This is my second time walking out on these people with out my order being filled because they so slow first time I waited 20 mins still nothing happened!!!!

I would NEVER patronize this location. Their management is horrible. There was a hair (that wasn’t mine) in one of the sandwiches and the manager said there was nothing she could do.
That was when I could finally reach her, because she was not coming to that location. Her employees have questionable hygiene and she basically left them in charge. I would go elsewhere to other Subway locations.

Since when do you order a chicken salad sub that you can't put cheese on it even if it's an extra charge. Well I came to this location and like I always do ordered a chicken salad sub with provolone cheese. They have made it for me this way many times. Today, November 16,2024 they telle I couldn't get my cheese on the sub because it's not the way the menu says. It's not about the cheese per se it's about the fact at subway you build your own subs. I will never go to the Northgate location in Fayetteville, NC again as I frequently go to.

No low carb bread options at this location. So I got a Salad a subway club . 3 peices of meat! Very little toppings and it was $13! Sorry subway you have disappointed me with this one. Won't be back if this is the quality of $13 salad. :(

One of the worst Subways I've ever visited. Rude cashier, changes in promotional coupons that they don't honor, price changes, everytime you go polices are differnt on how things are rung up. Sloppy messy sandwiches made by female server with a bad attitude.

This is the worst subway in Fayetteville. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even a homeless person. Between the stingy cheap Arab owner that counts the slices of meat to the poor quality ingredients.. do not waste your time or money. The drink fountain pours out straight carbon dioxide because they are too cheap to refill the soda. Just a terrible experience, my second bad experience. I try to give restaurants second chances because we all have bad days but I will never be back. This place should be out of of business, not a good representation of the subway brand.

Haven't been to subway in years. Decided to try it again. What a mistake. It was TERRIBLE!! No taste, bland I've gotten better tasting meat in a package of bologna from the grocery store. I could only eat to or 3 bites before I was done. It was supposed to be a ham sandwich, yuck. My wife had meatball she could only eat half before she threw it out. Save yourself the trouble just go to Jersey Mike's, they're much much better by far.
