I’m sorry you feel as though the only reason I left one star was due to your decorator not being able to make a cake and not the rudeness tone through email and also not how long it takes you to reply back when conducting business. Also I was ordering cupcakes that I was told you could do after not being able to do the cake??? Everyone please pay attention to the tone of the reply the owner gave, big reason for the one star. What can I say but WOW. Not only was our wedding cake exactly what I had in mind when I sent for inspiration, but it was absolutely delicious! We had a small cake for ourselves (gotta do a cake smash of course) as well as a bunch of seasonal flavors, which were a massive hit with our guests. For our cake, we even specified that we don’t like a lot of frosting and wanted filling and they did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely delicious and we were treated like royalty throughout the whole process. I will never even question ordering with anyone else. Thank you guys so much- your team is amazing!

Every time we come to Fayetteville we have to stop by and pick us up a little treat! You can’t go wrong with the cream cheese brownie and the turtle cheesecake 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone needing a good treat!

They had 4 or so vegan cupcake flavors and 1 vegan brownie. I bought a red velvet cupcake and a strawberry cupcake. The texture and moistness of both were good, but the flavors themselves were a little underwhelming. “Yep, this is sugar.” The icing looked pretty but the red velvet would’ve benefited from a cream cheese icing fr fr, no cap. My boyfriend really enjoyed the non-vegan ice cream he got from here (no vegan flavors) so I’m betting the vegan cupcakes just aren’t on par with some of the other offerings. Still, it’s nice to see more than just vanilla and chocolate options & it’s not as if Fayetteville is overrun with vegan options.

I haven’t ordered any cakes from this place unfortunately. I would have loved to but when I asked to confirm if the cake would look like the inspiration pic…and that if the price changes for what I want to also let me know..instead of telling me how much it would cost to do everything I wanted I felt like they were giving me some attitude about it and pretty much gave me the “I said what I said” tone in emails so I respectfully told them that I would go with someone else.

Communication was okay, it took a while for me to get a response from them but that’s not what made me upset. Just wanted to share MY personal experience with trying to get a cake made for my son.

Placed an order for red velvet and also carrot cake cupcakes…absolutely delicious! My new favorite go to for desserts!

Brought my excited toddler in to grab a scoop of ice cream, was not greeted at all even after several minutes. When the employee looked at me in my face and still did not greet me or help us take our order, we decided to leave. Would not like to support a business with such bad service.

Way too over priced. An 8in cake was $52 it was dry and it tasted old. The ice cream was also overpriced one scoop for $3 and the scoop wasn't even that big.

So I just left and my experience was extremely awkward and rude. I walked in and was the only person inside and was not greeted. The woman did not say hello at all. Even when she came to take my order, she said NOTHING. Just waited for me to speak. Even after I paid she said NOTHING. Just turned around and went back to work. No "thank you" no "have a nice day" NOTHING. She said NOTHING except gave me the price of the cupcakes when I asked. Today is Sunday 07/14, 12:30pm for reference to the owner. I hope there's cameras. I believe the woman was racist and just doesn't speak to black customers. I've never had such an experience in my life. Will not be back and will tell my experience at this place every chance I get.

I'm not one to bash a company but I placed an order for a custom cake for my Mother's 60th birthday. The cake was beautifully made however I couldn't serve to my guests because it was extremely dry. I followed the instructions provided to me by the bakery even when it came down to the 24 hour notice. I paid 287.18 for an inedible cake never heard anything from a Manager, Baker, or Owner but she did tell the girl at the front counter to give me a $100.00 gift card as if I would ever do business with them again I am still waiting for an email or something I get it took time and products to make this dry beauty but as you can see it's basically an entire cake not to mention my mom's party was ruined . I believe that $100 was a complete insult and no communication from those who has the authority to make decisions was unprofessional and this is 72hours after initial complaint. My review stands and I said what I said!! My husband was respectful and direct the Cake was dry an a 100.00 for a cake the ended up back where it started your bakery is an insult.

I’m in love with this shop especially the cheesecakes. They also have a variety of other things including brownies and cookies. Definitely recommend to stop by and check it out!!!

What a sweet place! First time here and was welcomed as we entered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of ice cream flavors, cup cakes, cookies, and other goodies. I ordered a small chocolate shake and was not disappointed. I'll have to make this a regular stop for treats.
