I've been there twice and picked up the order from the drive thru. Both times about half my order was missing.
Service sucks! Nasty rude workers, cold food
We have been to this location before and didn’t have any issues, I ordered the same thing that I always do and found this mushy like black thing on my Mexican pizza. I’m assuming that it’s a moldy tomato? How an employee didn’t see that as my food was being made idk.
Our food was prepared and ready but our number was never called. We waited 1/2 an hour and then asked about our food that in fact was sitting on a counter bagged up and was about to be completely cold when we finally got it
They havev realk went down on there quality of food . It's not near as good as it was when they first opened. We won't be back.
this crew tonight was amazing!! they helped me move my car out the drive thru when it died. got out & pushed it in the rain!! thank yall so much!!!!!
I was not greeted or acknowledged. Standing in lobby counter and 4 employees blatantly ignored me. 2 employees pulled their register drawer and did not acknowledge me waiting at the counter and pretend not to see me- one of which was trying on their phone as they walked to the register. One employee comes from behind counter placed his order on the kiosk and walks off, returns to behind counter off to the side and proceeds to text on his one. This same employee after seeing me there 10mins decides to ask the name on my order. You need to train all the people working here at night/ closing shift on customer service.
Daniel Y was the manager when I returned to this store # 040614 to inform him that my food was not made as I had ordered it. Daniel informed me that these were the standards, so I asked for a refund and he came back to me with a partial refund. Daniel informed me that I would have to keep the single taco that was part of my meal that was not correct.
I was asking for a full refund for a meal and Daniel Y insisted that I would have to pay for and keep the single taco from that meal because I verbalized that the Chalupas were not made as I ordered.
I did not order these items separately, it was a meal combo. Upon opening my bag the taco was unwrapped and had taco sauce packets thrown on top of the taco. Initially, I did not care about the taco because I was not planning to eat the taco anyway. I only returned the meal because the 2 Chalupas were not made as I ordered and the lettuce was brown.
Daniel was adamant that he would not refund me the full amount that I paid, although I returned the entire meal to him as it was handed to me.
I spend a lot of money at this Taco Bell and I even give tips to the kids at the drive thru. My review is of no reflection to the teenagers, but it is a direct reflection of Daniel Y asserting unnecessary force by stealing my money and not providing me with product that I purchased.
This was the worst customer service that I have ever received in Traemoor Village. 2 other driver thru customers came back in while I was there with errors to their orders and receiving the wrong food. So, I can only guess that Daniel had other unhappy customers before me.

No reason to wait over 30 minutes to get Taco Bell dine in.

when I get a doritos locos taco and add black beans does that mean to get rid of the seasoned beef and give me a taco shell with only black beans or does that mean to add my black bean onto the taco that has seasoned beef.
When the worker asks if I want to keep the beef when adding the black beans and I say YES, does that mean to give me a taco shell with only black beans and no beef or does that mean give me both black beans and beef.
If either rhetorical question is confusing to you. Do not apply to taco bell. If you understood what I mean, do not order from this taco bell.
I don’t understand how the simplicity of ordering a DLT and adding black beans to it is a wild task. Why in the world would I just want a taco shell with black beans and lettuce.
Used the drive thru and watched 3 cars in front of me leave without ordering. Once I got to the menu the Taco Bell employee wouldn’t take my order. Waited about 15 minutes. They said they would let me know when they were ready.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell while making a delivery. As a driver for an app service, I followed the clear instructions to pull up to the window for pickup. After waiting a few minutes with no response, I honked my horn to get attention. When the manager, Heather, finally came to the window, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. She yelled at me, basically saying the app's rules didn’t apply, and then slammed the window shut in my face.
I was simply following the guidelines and did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. Because of this experience, I will be avoiding this location for future deliveries and personal orders.
Place is nice, it’s brand new. But I ordered on the mobile app, to be faster, and I waited 31 minutes this last time, and another 20 minutes the time before that from the drive through. This place is in a perfect spot, brand new building, poor management and employees are the only reason. Disappointed.
