They didn’t give me my entire order. Apparently they didn’t ring me up. I couldn’t pay for the rest of my food at the drive-through. They made me drive all the way back around just to talk to them at a speaker with no other cars in the drive-through. This type of service is impersonal and non-human.

Got to the window and asked for the avocado salsa and was informed it's $.20 extra so i agree (even though I've never had to pay for it before) then the girls says "I'm sorry sir you can't do add ons at the window" ITS SAUCE THAT I SHOULDN'T EVEN HAVE TO PAY FOR IF YOU OFFER IT AND IVE ORDERED FOOD!!!!!

Don't order something that is separate from the menu at the drive thru we sat in line just to order for 20 minutes.We ordered a Mexican pizza and a beef chalpupa and a #9 Mexican pizza combo with sour cream with no drink. They couldn't get it right. They said so you want a Mexican pizza and chicken chalpupa and a #9 what drink do you want. We said no drink. They said so you want 2 separate orders. We said no we're coming to the window to order they said you you can't order from the window. So we got to the window and a manager came to the window and still couldn't figure our order out. We left and went to Popeyes ordered and had our food in less than 5 minutes. Will never go back there again. We called corporate and complained and it went to upper management. So everyone on here that had a bad experience call corporate.

We were buying separately, 1 meal a piece in drive-thru and I was told that we aren't allowed to order separately because the manager said! Went on to say we'd have to drive back around and get back in line. #1 how lazy! #2 what horrible customer service! #3 never ever going to taco bell anywhere again! The ignorance and shear laziness is insane! Great job losing business

Great employee customer service and the place is beautifully built. Love taco Bell and their Baja blast freeze is my life to live for!!! Love it!!! I just wish they weren't SOo blame expensive, because they are outrageous in price. It's near ridiculous.
