I get that it’s midnight but when I come through and I show you your cheese sauce that’s supposed to be hot and I flip it upside down and it’s literally a solid blob and I ask you for a fresh cup of cheese and you tell me oh I’m just going to go pour some water in it so are you sure and then instead of offering to remake my stone cold fries you looked at me and said that’s what we had on the line. I’ll give you a refund. Wow what shitty management.

Visited on Nov 1 1230 and the manager on duty was so very nice and team player. I had to request a special as I have an allergy she was so very understanding and helpful. It was nice to have this experience.

Fast Food Restaurants are the worst these days. So the game of the day is to hold people at the speaker until you serve the one car at the drive through window so that it looks like your drive thru wait is short… lies… It’s not the customers responsibility if you aren’t adequately staffed. If I want to wait 20 plus minutes for food I would go to a true dine in restaurant. It’s old and customers know what you’re doing… Corporate is going to get this same feedback in an email 🤦🏿

Everything was as expected except for the service. They made a mistake with my grandson’s order and were so apologetic about it. They fixed the order and gave him a free treat…thanks, you made his day. Thank you for having such a gracious attitude and good service.

I’m not sure how the drink machines work but when I’m paying $15 for the total of my meal I’d like my drink to be filled to the top, which it wasn’t. I don’t know who the black lady is working the drive thru on 3/28/25 at 10:50am (Raeford road location) but when I asked for my drink to be topped off she caught an attitude and said “lord.” Forgive me for spending money at your establishment and wanting my drink to be filled to the top! I’m paying for a full drink! Rude as hell.
