I am a Uber driver and I went to grab a order from this place about 8:15 at night. And this place was filled with teenagers young adults whatever they call themselves. And they're joking laughing playing games I'm trying to pick up this order and the drink wasn't made and one person made the statement somebody make that drink for her because I'm not making it again, they said where did it go, and someone said y'all keep drinking it. They're communicated with each other and nobody said anything to me customer service is absolute trash very rude and disrespectful. When I walked in the store there was a group of three of them standing at the counter and when I came in they walked off. I hate restaurants that have a bunch of young people that barely want to work at night time without a proper manager because they half ass everything and they don't give out good

I have lived by this taco bell almost my whole life and it has not been good the last few years but whoever they hired and fired recently, thank goodness bc it has really hit the last 2 days! I went back on day 2 because the food was hot and good on day 1 (chicken queseidilla) and day 2 I got a Mexican pizza! Super yummy both times. 😋

Employes were rude and not attentive at all. The lady at the drive thru was talking very loudly about the customers in the drive thru snatching their bag from her hands. Said that if one more person snatched their bag from her hands she was clocking out. Was unable to get a printed receipt for the order. Ordered the nachos, which came unexpectedly with some left over home fry looking potatoes, did not receive the extra cheese that was paid for, not was I given my paid for packet of salsa Verde. Overall horrible experience, will not go back. Business owners really need to check up om their resturants as well as employees. Do better Taco Bell

If I could give less than 1 I would. Make up their own times of when they’re gonna be open and close…turn out lights so they don’t have people come up at 7 o’clock in the evening and lock the interior of a restaurant when people are trying to do pick up orders and then tell people they’re not going to come to the door just because of that person‘s age. Ridiculous and now they wont answer the phone so I can get the franchise owner’s name to log this complaint. I realize this is just a fast food restaurant, but the fact that this happens over and over again, particularly at this location, is absurd.

Avoid this place. Rude employees. When I went there, a couple of employees were yelling. I would not recommend the place for hygiene. I am worried about my health after eating food here. The quality of the food was really bad. The worst Taco bell I ever visited
This location locks all but one of the doors. Then when you go to drive thru someone tells you to go inside and use a self serve kiosk. Then you find out the screen is messed up and is shaking like the naughty cable tv channels from 1991. Once you finally access the one working screen, you watch the employees work slower than just about anybody you’ve seen. Embarrassing!

We had to wait 10 minutes to put in order with would just three cars in front of us. Then only one car was waiting for their order which they were told to pull up and we were told to pull up then we waited another 25 minutes for our order..... why would anybody go to Taco Bell anymore? How is this called fast food? And it's not only this Taco Bell it's so many Taco bells

Don’t waste your time coming here. Terrible service and no large cups, all soda was down in dining area. Missing multiple ingredients and food not cooked proper.

So this is the second day I have came to this Taco Bell and they do not have any change. I am a manager myself when it comes down to a holiday you prepare yourself to make sure you have enough change to make it through the holiday this Taco Bell is always ghetto they act like they do not want to serve you and tell you they need the exact change now my total was going to be $17 and some change and I told the guy if I give you a 20 you can't give me change back and he tells me no it wasn't going to be number $2.39 that I was going to get back and you telling me y'all receiving money from all these customers and you can't give me my change back it's management that really needs to be changing this place because this place sucks this the second day I done came and they still having the same problem who does that very very disappointed customer the worst Taco Bell in Fayetteville
