The food was soggy and barley any filling at all. My husband gets the grilled steak burrito and it it flipped over when he took it out the wrapper. I got the crunch wrap supreme and there was more shell than filling. Absolutely horrible stop on the way home

It took 30 minutes for 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos to be made. There were 6 employees currently working at that time... So it all boils down to the employees Imma need y'all to stop wondering around and looking lost.. I'm pretty sure there is something else y'all could be doing... Sooooooo ...... At this point ive given this place several chances and the staff they have in there literally makes me rather drive further to either ramsey st or owen dr. Disrespectful, they dont follow directions, and would rather be on their phones or doing something they want instead of doing their job. Don't waste your time with this place. I try not down a business this bad but the behavior and habits have literally been continous. Half the time they dont even get the order. NEVER order door dash to this place because you have 25 percent chance that you actually get some of your food. More than likely your gonna get mix of yours and someone else's order if not someone else's order entirely. There's only ever been 1 employee thats made the place run correctly and her name is January. If shes not there you can expect issues.

Absolutely the most disrespectful way to treat a customer. I'm the only one there. I place my order thru the kiosk and the people start coming they the drive thru. All the orders where made before mine. Since when did the customers who come inside start being treated like second class for just coming inside. They won't take your order at the register unless you just about beg them to. I'm fed up with the poor service due just coming inside. Jack

Stopped on a Saturday night around 8:30. Service was not the fastest but the hard and soft taco supremes were the best I've ever had. Where I live the Taco Bells have cut back so much that they're not worth going to.
Mobile order fail. I’m the only one in the restaurant. I’m waiting on my order. After 10min I go up and ask where my order is. Oh here it is. They had it behind the counter instead of the pick up shelf. WHY NOT SAY SOMETHING TO THE ONIY PERSON HERE!!?!?
And my chips and cheese and so little cheese

I ordered on door dash for a pickup, and I waited 15 minutes before I left to go pick it up. I got there and there was a lobby full of angry looking people. There was 5 people working but the orders were so backed up. The manager had to keep calling out orders to the second line to make sure they all weren't making the same thing (someone cleared the order screen). In total, I ended up waiting about 45 minutes for my food. The drive thru got put about all else, when there were construction workers dining in that had to take it to go since they waited so long and had to get back to work. My food was cold. This seems to be typical for this location but at least this time, they had the full menu available.
