The delivery time of the product was too long. Almost half an hour for a portion of potatoes and two tacos. They are supposed to be fast food places!! It is better to order in the car, they do it better, those of us who were inside made us wait horribly!!Improve service!!

They forget items in your delivery orders. They don't follow instructions on how you asked for your food to be made. The lettuce is old and flimy. They actually make your food the way they want to. It wasn't even made according to the ACTUAL recipe let alone the way I asked for it to be made. Chicken is fatty and ground beef is watery. NEVER AGAIN! What a waste of $30!

This was the most unhinged taco bell experience I have ever had, I don't expect 5 star anything from taco bell but this was rough. There were 3 tables with food and trash on them. There was a pregnant woman with half her belly out, please get your employees maternity shirts. They forgot an item I ordered but I didn't realize until I left. We left sooner rather than later because a man came in talking to himself and yelling a lot of profanities and it was more than uncomfortable with my 3 year old. Not one employee said anything to him. On top of that the employees were back in the kitchen yelling at each other. It was just not a good experience overall.
