I'm not sure what this location does to fail so badly, but it is by far the worst Taco Bell. Twice I've ordered delivery from them and both times they have messed up my order. The first time the items ordered weren't prepared correctly. I made no special request just standard menu items, but they forget ingredients and sauce packets. Also forgot to send items that were ordered. Was missing some soft tacos and the ones received had like a smear of meat. I decided maybe that was an off night as I had ordered it rather late at 2045 so I ordered again yesterday. It was an early order around 1050. Ordered from the caliente chicken menu, soft taco, burrito, and quesadilla. All three were missing the red sauce. The slaw mix was gross. The mini crunch wraps were a disappointment with the lack of filling. They did not send the chips and cheese I had ordered. Missing all of the avocado salsa Verde packets that come with the items ordered. Thankfully Taco Bell was fast about replacing the money on the missing items, but I don't think I'll order from this location again. I never have problems with the Yadkin location.

Yikes! This is easily one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to and what sucks is that the wife and I literally lived less than a ten minute drive away! Because of this, we gave this place 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and so on chances and it seemed like it was the roll of the dice whether or not we would be missing food, food was prepared wrong, it was the wrong food entirely, or even if we would get our DRINKS. A recurring problem we had here is that the drink machine was apparently always down so unless you like sweet tea and water with your chalupa, you're out of luck. Inside, the place is always so barren and the employees scamper about in the back and practically had to be flagged down before someone would help us. Of course, any problems like NO DRINKS, we were told to get a refund through the app, which is unfortunate because the app seems like it was engineered to make getting a refund the biggest hassle in the world. We have since moved away so our hard-earned money will be spent far from the pockets of this establishment, but just know what you're getting yourself into if you decide to gamble on this place's performance.

I went to the drive thru to start with. The lady who is taking orders made several suggestive comments. She failed to listen to many things I said prior to each of her comments. Of course the app was slow working to start. Then a supervisor verbally got in my face defending the woman taking orders. Put her in the food line, because she Sucks at listening. I was asked to pull around, for 5-10 minutes while the order was made. I said sure and my friend drove me to the front door. I said screw this to my friend and I went into the store.I wanted to make sure nobody spit in my food. I was eyeballed,but nobody appreciates me not complaining. Or Even said thank you when my food was brought to the counter. It will be a cold day in hell, before I go back to this sorry excuse of a franchise‼️Brains, atmosphere service, I wish I could give a Zero on the first Two!! The Taco hardly had anything in it.

One of the worst Taco Bells. Arrived at 9:50pm and was told the lobby is closed. Yet there was another group that just went in ahead of us. I asked what time the lobby closed and was told "now". So I said I will contact the owner. If you are the owner reading this understand we will never eat here. Once previously we ordered through the app and did not get our order. The app took our money but the store did not fulfill the order... we lost $35. Thought we give it another try. We were ready to spend another $35 tonight. Poor customer service and poor management. It's a wonder this store is still open.
Still awful. Don't shop here. Employees are rude and management is no better. Ordered in app to pick up at drive through. Pulled up and they said to come in! This is exact opposite from the last time we tried this store.
